LIKE WTH HAPPEN. I've been coming to this Wawa since it first opened. I would come in the morning and late afternoon twice a day. I spoke to people on a first-name basis. Lex, SHOUT OUT TO HER, always made my toasted croissant with butter, like how I love it, and many others are always happy to help. In July, I went away on business and returned in mid-September. I step into Wawa to get back in the groove of things, and I stand there in shock. The old management is gone. HALF THE STAFF THAT WAS THERE WHEN THE STORE OPENED IS GONE. The beer room isn't stocked, and half the time, the drinks like soda, juice, or milk aren't stocked. The one drink, THE ONE ENERGY DRINK I GET ISN'T ON THE SHELF, INSTEAD IT'S ALWAYS EMPTY. The new female manager, who appears in the evening, has a stern demeanor, rarely smiles, and often speaks condescendingly to employees. NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS WAWA. I drive to Mt. Pocono every day, and Sheetz is on the way. It's disheartening to see a store like this decline. The pumps don't have any windshield fluid to wipe your windshield or paper towels.
