Fireworks Outlet — Local services in Smithfield Township

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The hours posted on Google said they were open until 9, however, when I arrived the girl at the counter asked if she could help me and I informed her I was just looking. Her response was "well you have 3 minutes because we close at 8". She said it with such a horrible attitude as well. I walked in at 7:51. I didn't get her name and as she had the lights off already inside it was difficult to see what she looked like. It looked like a younger girl maybe blonde with glasses. She clearly doesn't care about making money for the business. If I knew the store closed at 8 I wouldn't even have gone. The attitude and the way she said it was completely unnecessary. All she had to do was say they closed at 8 and I would have left because I wouldn't have wanted to keep her late anyway. Because of her awful awful attitude and customer service your business lost out on a sale of a couple hundred dollars as well as any business from me in the future which would have been substantial. Cheapest fireworks in PA closest to New York City when you Google it they send you the phantom fireworks and all this other stuff and they are way too expensive unless you're throwing like a crazy expensive firework party I would go to this place plus the indoor store that they have doesn't sell fireworks but the indoor store has like cool weird items you wouldn't find anywhere but they have a parking lot with fireworks...

Great place to get your fireworks. People are very helpful & informative with their product. For someone like me that doesn't buy every year they were great in helping me find what I needed to have a great time and put on a decent show. REASONABLY PRICED & AFFORDABLE!!!! You really get a "BANG" for your buck (get it?!, you get it). Definitely going...
