Marylou's Coffee — Restaurant in Smithfield

1st and LAST TIME. I'm a reasonable person and generally give at least two to three chances but they struck out on the 1st. First off all the pink is overwhelming as basically everything is that color, the clutter such chaos It's so disorganized. It's difficult to read the menu not legible stuff everywhere you don't know what price is or what.

So I ordered a small black hot coffee came to $3 and change She ends up giving me an iced coffee which is fine she apologized and gave me the right one The hot coffee was not hot it was mediocre I had to use the microwave in the Shell gas station to heat up my coffee and by the way their prices are ridiculous A small at Panera a small at Starbucks is under $3. Never ever coming...

I really had been looking forward to finally trying the coffee here at the Smithfield store, but we were VERY disappointed! My friend n I were very specific in what we wanted and spoke with clarity and slowwwwwly....the girl talked too fast-- hey, Row- dylin peeps, learn to articulate properly!!!! We got the wrong size cups, they dumped tons of sugar in the iced coffee , which we did NOT order...we are diabetics...good thing we did not drive away before sipping the slop!! These freakin kids " working" have no sense or work ethics!! They act like it's such a JOB to DO their JOB!!!!! I did not wanna give even ONE star. This place sux. I'm not even gonna try another one. Not worth...

I have come here often and lately have seen quite a decline in service and quality. The last 3 times I've done drive thru and specifically asked and said yes to having whip cream on top of coffee I did not receive. Today I made it a point to go INSIDE and order for that very reason and strike 4 again with the specific request and I order the coffee that COMES with whip cream on it. They also didnt make the coffee correctly I asked for skim milk and got cream. So disappointed as mary lous is my favorite preferred coffee place and this one is the only...
