PieZoni's Pizza — Restaurant in Smithfield

I called this place in Smithfield to order a large pizza and fries.The lady there said pick up in 25 minutes..I get there 20 minutes later, go in and pay..Waited 15 minutes longer until the manager comes out and explains to me that my order was never put in..No record of it..How is that possible when I just paid for it..So I wait even longer for them to tell me they will have to deliver it to me now..Ok..I understand mistakes can happen..So I decide yesterday to give it another go..I call this location again and order a large pizza..I talk to a lady there for 45 seconds and place my order..I was told 20 minutes for pickup..So I get there 15 minutes later and go in to pay..The lady behind the counter can't find my order AGAIN!!..Now there is only three people working there..No one wants to admit that they screwed up my order again..At this point I am very frustrated..There is no need for this..Then they proceed to tell me they have no more large pizza boxes..So I guess I am supposed to carry my pizza out in a bag or in my hands..So at this point I am even more aggravated..They lady behind the register tells me that I should realize that there is a pandemic going on and starts getting irate,swearing and everything..I told them where they could stick there pizza!!..This place is the worst customer service I have ever...

Pizza is always good. Just the service. Horrible. We called ordered before we arrived. They said 20 to 30 minutes for pickup. Thats fine. My wife went in to check on the order and they told her that don't an order for us. We tell the name and number also the order with the total. My wife even shows them the call log including with name of the person she placed the order with. Still no acknowledgment. So we placed another order. 30 minutes later. We ask if our order is ready. So now we're watching the employees saying " you should get theyre order! No! You should! At this point I said to them, " I'll get it!" When they came with my order it had 2 different order numbers. And 1 pizza was cold like its been sitting. I checked the order slips. 1 said Danny mixed green with my number on it. And the other says customer with small cheese and that one was hot. Since the other 1 was a mixed green I didn't make a fuss about it cause I have already have been there for over an hour! Never going...

Great food, now that they got rid of that terrible manager that would not do our "HungerRush" discount because she was always in a bad mood, I have to give the Smithfield location 5 stars because the pizza is the best like I had in Sardinia, Italy, and the sandwiches and salads. We like the way they make the salads, and eventually we may even eat there. Since that bad manager acted like we should only order online and seemed upset whenever you ate there, we are still shy about eating there again, lol.
