I’m so disappointed in the decline in quality. I’ve not been in a few months, but used to go frequently. Yesterday, we went and it was appalling. From ordering to the food. The cashier got on a personal phone midway during the order while we were speaking the order and put fingers inside our glasses after touching that phone and their nose. We ordered what we usually do, but this time it took longer than usual. That would’ve been fine, but the quality didn’t justify the wait. It was like day old fridge sandwich quality. We both ordered a medium, mine was a medium with extremely dry, cracked stale bread. His was two small sandwiches. We assume they were out of medium for his or recent bread for mine where it was just over an hour away from closing. The sandwich ingredients weren’t the usual quality either, nor the soup. I got a larger portion so I could share with my toddler, I was unable to trust it to share and barely could eat it myself. We should’ve just gotten our money back, but we were trying to not be trouble. They seemed stressed and unhappy, not friendly and inviting. Overall, we’ve always loved Schlotzsky’s, but it’s not the same as it once was. The table was dirty, visible dust around the salt and pepper shakers and the floor had crumbs so bad it got all over my case when I dropped my phone. Plus so many flies, it was awful! I know it’s in a gas station, so I don’t expect perfection, but it was never this bad before. Sometimes slow or sometimes the tables messy, but not all issues at once. I’d really been looking forward to getting my Schlotzsky’s fix, but instead super disappointed and nausea wasn’t what I had in mind. Please do better, I miss the food.

Back when 20 years ago, I used to work as a cashier for schlotzsky's. I fell in love with the original sandwich and I've loved it ever since. To this day I still stop by and grab me a sandwich every time I make my trip from Indiana to Nashville every couple of months. I will always and forever be a schlotzsky's fan. I can write so much about it but I don't even know where to begin. It is my number one favorite restaurant in the entire world and it will continue to be as long as it's open. I highly recommend the original sandwich with just meat cheese and mustard only. The original sandwich never disappoints. Trust me!!

Schlotsky's has the best sandwiches. We were so happy to see this location right off 65. Jennifer is an absolute delight. She is so friendly and patient, she's a lovely customer service representative. She has the best positive attitude. We came for the sandwiches (we love Schlotzsky's) and left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces from being treated like family. Thank you for making our day as we were passing through.

My husband and I decided on Schlotsky’s for a quick dinner. We recently received a whole sheet of coupons in the mail for this establishment. We went through the drive thru. My husband told them we had a coupon and was immediately told their coupons wasn’t working. Their coupons wasn’t working???? I, myself thought the French Dip sounded good with the au ju, I mean is it truly a French Dip without the Au ju? We were told that the French Dip wouldn’t have the carmelized onions on it which is advertised on their menu. I said ok that will be fine. My husband ordered the roast beef sandwich. We get to the window and pay and when we receive our order I looked in the bag and there was no Au ju sauce. We waited at the window until someone passed by and they came to the window and told them the Au ju for the French dip was not in the bag. The girl had no clue what we were talking about. She said she would go ask. She comes back and then says that they don’t have Au ju. Are you kidding me? French Dip, hence the word DIP. French Dip Sandwiches come with Au ju. That’s what you DIP the sandwich in. Needless to say, I was not a very happy customer. My husband asked me if we should just get our money back and I said No let’s just take it. Advice: Don’t get the French Dip because you will have nothing to dip it in. Roast beef was dry, very dry. It says it comes on a Pretzel Bun. Mine was on hamburger bun. My husband’s sandwich looked great and he said it was good, but, mine was a different story. I’ll think twice before I get another sandwich here. Very...

Ambiance**: Tucked away as a side drive- at a gas station, Schlotzsky's Deli might not immediately catch your eye. However, don't let its unassuming appearance deter you.

Service: The standout of my visit was the exceptional service. The lady who took my order was also the one who prepared the food, rang me up, and served me—all while maintaining an extremely friendly, welcoming, and personable demeanor. Her dedication and positive attitude truly enhanced the dining experience.

Food: The food did not disappoint. Despite my initial reservations, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. Every bite was a treat.

Value: Schlotzsky's Deli offers a great value for its delicious offerings and top-notch service. The prices were reasonable, making it a worthwhile stop.

Final Thoughts: Don't pass by just because it looks a little run down. The service and food at Schlotzsky's Deli are well above par. It's definitely worth a visit for a satisfying meal and a...
