Cheryl's Beau Bees — Restaurant in Smithville

This restaurant and its owners, Cheryl and Steve, are simply amazing! The food is delicious - Cheryl makes everything from scratch. The soups, were the best I’ve ever had - Hungarian Mushroom and Lobster Bisque. The pimiento cheese was delicious! Cheryl brought out a sample of her famous chicken salad, and it was as other reviewers described - the best! Too full for a complete desert, Cheryl graciously brought out a sample of her limoncello cake - so, so good!

If the food weren’t wonderful enough….. The owners, Cheryl and Steve, treated us like old friends! I’ve never been treated with such friendliness and kindness at a restaurant. It was a new and welcomed experience.

Amazingly delicious food offered in the CUTEST, charming, cozy, unique atmosphere served by the kindest, friendliest, multi-talented owners! Homemade, mouth watering, family recipe menu served at the "bar" area or table area that is all painted& finished by the remarkable owners themselves who also do repurpose/ refinish furniture pieces!! AND, inside this unique restaurant/ store, is a piano for occasional parties/ events along with personally handmade gift items and other items for sale. Cheryl & her husband are just beautiful inside & out. Visited Smithville, Tn today and had a very good lunch !! This place is outstanding .!! If you ever visit Smithville then you need to stop by and have Lunch !! I did .. It's located not far from the square on Walnut street . It kind of takes you back in time to when the old country stores where around that had furniture, nick nacks and a whole lot of other stuff for sale .. Good homey atmosphere and excellent county cooking just like Grand Ma use to make .. Staff was dressed well with their Beau Bee shirts and attire to accent their trade .
