I have stopped in over 12 times now to have dinner & use my Club 50 card for March, April & May. Micheal & Brandi & the crews Hospitality Is TOP NOTCH!!!!🚩 Keep Up The Work!!! Clean cut Employees & The Manager, Micheal Cook was Very Professional & Helpful. The Food was OMG So FRESH!!!!😜 I will definitely be back! I got to meet the other manager on site & her name was Brandi! She showed great leader skills, Seem to keep a Smile on her face & again was very Professional not just to me but to her Employees also. A new manager name Trish, with No Social skills!! How did she get to be a Manager? Shes the totally opposite of Micheal & Brandi.I briefly got to meet but didnt get her name & I believe Christian was the drive thru employee.⚠ Update 5/1/17 Was late when we arrived but went through Drive Thru & was able to still get a hot, fresh meal. I had the worst experience tonight of all the times Ive visited here. Again, Trish was the manager with one employee working with her. After they got drive thru taken care of & decided to take our order I ordered a Beef n Cheddar, she said just the sandwich I said No I want the meal. She never ask if I wanted small, medium or large. The Bun was cold, the meat was room temp & the top part of my curly fries were good but the bottom half was all these lil bity pieces of mini curly fries. Read moreThis particular location really needs new leadership. I waited 25 minutes in the lobby for two roast beef sandwiches, a French dip and two large curly fries. Additionally, there was only one other customer at this location at the same time. Another customer came in and was denied any roast beef products because they ran out. That customer left. At this point, I realized the general manager was present (I would’ve never figured this employee Stephanie was the GM). Another customer came in about 10 minutes later and was told it would be a few minutes because roast beef was being prepped. My sandwiches were finally complete and they let me know. I go up and there’s no fries. They asked me what I needed and I told Stephanie the two large curly fries. She forgot and made them, except it took another 15 minutes. My sandwiches had a bunch of condensation in the box at this point and the buns were soggy. Not a great experience all of the way around. I’m in management myself and really couldn’t understand why the operations weren’t seamless at this location. There’s failure at multiple levels and I didn’t suspect the general manager was actually that until I seen her name on the door, yet she was out mopping the floor while all of these issues were going on while the other employees kept asking for her help for every little thing. Read moreI’ve always enjoyed Arbys but ot was really off today. The crispy chicken sandwich (first time trying).since chick fi let is get remodeled. Arbys chicken sandwich tasted like breakfast! Weird but the seasoned chicken patty was dry and just tasted like chicken fried chicken . would of been good on a hardees biscuit gor breakfast but on a good brioche bun with lettuce and tomato! (just wrong) The other sandwich we hot was the rueben. Either Atbys changed the way they make them or a newbe was in charge. usually its made with 1000 isle dressing but today tasted like horsey sauce. Still ate ot but would if been better with prime rib if using horseradish sauce. Didn’t go well with corned beef. Suppose next time Ill just stick with the roast beef.
