Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Smyrna

Coffee was good, BUT the line makes zero sense! It is very similar to the chick-fil-a line, except you can only order from the innermost lane, and it doesn’t alternate turns ( right side let’s a car go, then left side lane goes) so if you’re in the left side lane, you’re gonna be stuck waiting until there is a break in customers, even though the sign/writing on the pole as you enter the drive though clearly says, “choose the shortest line”. I hope that makes sense. Coffee was good; I got a cold brew with a shot of cream and my husband got the nitro. It was good, but not worth sitting in the line that long. If you do go, use the inside lane. Perhaps it was just a fluke day and it isn’t usually operating that way, but this was my experience on the thirteenth of April 2024 I would suggest if there is only one employee taking orders outside that you CLOSE one of...

On 7/31/25 @ 9:45 am.The wait was over 20 minutes after a girl who seemed unsure of herself took my order in line. There were 4 cars in front us their orders all taken. Another employee came out to ask what all the customers what they ordered. We got to the window and our order was all wrong. We told them that was not our order. We then got our drinks and down the road we saw that the drinks were watery and no carmel sauce and not blended.We ordered 2 American Eagles blended with chocolate milk.

No upselling if I wanted whip cream or soft top or carmel sauce for that matter.

We live in Antioch and always go to the one by us but had a Dr appt in Smyrna

Absolutely terrible customer service; I waited in their TWO LANE line for 35 mins only to have everyone else be severed & me be skipped then when I say something they said I got in the wrong line ? Why not tell me that 35 mins ago ? I said there two lanes no signs & only humans you can order from? How would I know that if you don’t tell me ! She looked me dead in my face and said “thats too bad” I told her again I had to wait 35 mins for while watching you take people just pulled in ? She said I kid you not “that’s fine”
