Ordered little cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup, pickles and raw onion with small fries. The cashier read back a small hamburger. I corrected him to a small cheeseburger. I then had to tell him again what toppings I wanted. I waited for my food then left. As usual there were too many fries. I am aware that I can order without the topper but every time I do that, they only give me about 1/2 of a small cup (about 10 fries) of fries. All I want is a full cup of fries. Besides, I hate digging through greasy, salty fries to get my sandwich. Now about the cheeseburger. Obviously the boy did not understand me when I said mustard. He put it as mushrooms. I should have read my reciept. I was 5 mile's away when I finally parked and was able to dig out my sandwich. I noticed it did not taste the same as it normally does and, after about 3 more bites, i was feeling queasy it was then that I discovered the reason. There they were, MUSHROOMS. No wonder it tasted funny. I have not tasted mushrooms since I got sick after eating them when I was a small child(I'm 73). They do not agree with me and it appears they still affect me the same way. I've learned my lesson. I will always double check my receipt to be sure the cashier understands English. UPDATE: Well actually another review. Most times I have a good experience here. But then I usually eat in the store. It seemes they only mess up to go orders. Today(4/16/24) my usual online order. Little cheeseburger with only mustard, ketchup, pickles, and onions, with a small fry. The receipt on the bag matched. But here we go again. My $9 little cheeseburger had what I ordered on it, PLUS mayo(yuck) lettuce and tomato. Come on Five Guys. How hard is it to make a burger correctly? Especially at those prices. Again I'm too far away when I get to eat the burger. So much for enjoying my dining experience. Oh and I have heard nothing from Five Guys in response to my first complaint, so we know how...
Read moreThis is the first time I’ve had a complaint at this location but almost everything about this experience was poor. I called my order in and the young man was very polite. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I leave my house and get there and I’m waiting 10 more minutes. While I’m waiting for my food, out of the 4 or 5 employees that are on shift, 3 of them are standing around talking loudly and doing nothing in the corner. They’re swearing and talking about fighting. They had about 6 orders total the entire time I was there. And when I got home, the burgers weren’t as warm, were bland and the fries were barely seasoned and weren’t cooked long enough, they were limp. So, the order took double the time to make, the quality was poor and I had to stand and watch them sit with my food in the bag while they talk about fighting, laughing and are cussing left and right. For the price of the food, service and quality should be top...
Read moreI used to go to this five guys 1-2 a week. I went there today for the 1st time in a while and quickly got reminded why I quit going there. The price has gone up a little, but that's to be expected(the price of everything has gone up a little lol) but the service, that has gone VERY, VERY BAD! The service used to be 2nd to none until this new manager took over, hence the reason only 1 person was in the store waiting for food, and 1 other customer came in while I was there(this store used to stay packed). I called to place an order only to be put on hold, and stayed on hold until I got to the store (15min) asked to speak to the manager, told her what happened and she said "it was probably someone from the first shift, this shift just got here, what do you want me to do about it?" Anything, you are the manager running the store, aren't you? I won't be going back till I walk in and see a new manager,...
