DON'T BOTHER TO ORDER HERE FROM THIS LOCATION! Recently purchased two pizzas online. I don't order from here frequently but as a busy mom, it helps with a quick dinner when its the end of the night while driving through town to grab a pizza here. INCORRECT ORDER! Once I drive home 15/20 minutes later I realize my CHEESE ONLY pizza is actually only a PEPPERONI pizza. I would have let it go but its my hard earned money and no-one ate the pizza (I have a non-meat eater) By this time it was the end of the night, I called into the store, politely relayed my issue. A VERY, RUDE CONDESCENDING man with a very strong accent, told me "NO- that's the pizza I made you!" Calmly, I told him I was staring at an uneaten pepperoni pizza and he now began yelling NO- thats not what I made you, then in so many words I was lying! He then said I had to bring the pizza back in immediately for which I replied I am not driving back there now this late at night as could you credit my account one large and I'll bring it back when I am back on that side of town the next day. He told me no, it wasn't what he made & here's the kicker-He said I already gave you two free mediums back in November so you don't get anything else! um, no I rarely order from here, I even took the liberty to look back in my order profile, maybe I was mistaken, nope no orders or free stuff for me. Who even says stuff like this in a customer service position? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not ever order from here again! Read moreWhat do you get when you mix bad pizza with bad business? This place! Although I've had a few pleasant experiences here this last one had a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively. Ordered pizza last Tuesday online, took around an hour for it to arrive, usually not something i worry about too much. Delivery driver arrives and apologizes profusely for the lateness, I told him it really wasn't a big deal. He handed my receipt back and told me I would be able to call in an order my same order again for free and refer to this night "they will know which night you're talking about". I assumed they were really having a rough night so I gave him a 10$ tip and wrote on the receipt "have a better night!". The cheese on the breadsticks wasnt even melted, and it was doughy, and my soda was incorrect, but that's all beside the point. I called back to claim my pizza and was told by the "manager" who apparently was also the "manager" the night the first pizza was late that the driver did not have authorization to be giving away pizzas and that she could comp me a free medium pizza "but i should warn you, it could be a while wait, we only have one driver and he has to go to Fall City". Read moreFolks, I'm gonna be knocking off one star every time my order is messed up! Although it is not very hard to call.. And in most cases the issue is getting addressed in about 2 minutes... But I almost always encounter issues.
Let me elaborate on details:
I do add good tips online, never cash (sorry for no cash)....
...Yet every time something is missing!!! Either a 2L Coke or Barqs, OR an extra item (especially if I order x2 additional items, like x2 bread bits of the same kind).. rest assured, it won't be delivered with the rest of order. And it's not like my orders are ridiculously big - usually just 4-5 items.
It is usually NOT the driver. As it seems like the driver just doesn't have the missing items in their car. Wondering how exactly the controls are implemented: who's usually checking the item count, a driver or a cook? Is it possible to implement some sort of one-two-three-four-five checks, like literally counting to 5 and cross-checking with the number of items on receipt..
Now since I add my generous tip online, there's no way I can withdraw / remove my tip if my order is getting messed up.
Looking at recent stats - pretty much every other order I do, surely something is missing. This has been consistent throughout 2024 to 2025.
Please step up your quality control and "counting to five" game, folks!...
