We went thru the drive thru and whoever was serving us this morning clearly did not want to be there AT ALL! She forget to put food in the bag and we always look at our bags to make sure what we paid for is there and she forgot to put two sandwiches in the bag and we simply told her and she rolls her eyes, slams the window shut and walks away. Tell me how this is ok? If you don’t want to work with customers then maybe you shouldn’t be working at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m so tired of people in customer service giving people attitude, eye rolls, dirty looks, etc.. because of there mistakes and simply because we are ordering food. It’s not even your establishment to be treating customers this way you’re working for another owner so for you to act like it’s your restaurant and treat people rudely is Not OK. Is the owner found out I’m sure she’d be fired because you are working on there behalf and what Dunkin’ Donuts stands for not yourself and your attitude. Read moreI love Dunkin Donuts at Hwy 153 but the new store they opened up in Daisy is no good. First they do not have a place to sit and enjoy your coffee and donuts. I tried 3 times using f the drive thru and service was terrible. I ordered Chai Tea 3 times. First time it was not hot at all. 2nd time I asked them to heat it up in the microwave and they informed me they did not have one. The last time I asked them to make it with milk instead of water. Horrible. Poured it out who wants to drink a hot beverage that’s not got. The donuts were not any better. They were old soggy and the last ones I got were all together so the icing ran together. Yuk. Read moreI had a church event that I needed 250 donuts, 250 munchins and several boxes of joe. My initial contact to the store I spoke with a sweet guy that took down all my information. Then Rhonda, one of the catering managers, contacted me and was incredibly helpful and kind to answer all my questions to ensure this event went well for us. The morning of pick-up was seamless. At 7 am, Haley and Joy (the other manager) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we ordered and needed before I left the store. They even loaded my car for me.
