Wendy's — Restaurant in Soddy-Daisy

Went there today and had my 9 year old granddaughter with me. Along with my food, I ordered 2 small frosties. I showed the lady my frosty card which entitled me to a free small (mini) frosty with your food order. After sitting down to eat, I noticed on the receipt that she charged me $.50 each for both frosties. I went back up to ask about it and she acted like she didn't have a clue about the pricing or the promotion that was going on. She walked over and consulted with an older lady (I assumed was the general manager). She appeared very annoyed but walked over to me and handed me $.11. She said that I had paid for a "mini frosty" which is priced at $.89. Well the larger "small" frosty is priced at $.50. I still don't understand that transaction. But neither of them were even willing to straighten out the matter and acted in a rude manner as if I shouldn't have even questioned it. Very bad experience at this fast food restaurant. The owner should replace those two with customer friendly people. Fast food is a very competitive business and their actions indicated they were not interested in winning and retaining customers. Wendy's generally has good food and service. But the Soddy Daisy one does not. I will not...

Service is pretty spotty, I went today and asked for a combo, when they handed me just a sandwich I asked about the fries and the manager copped an attitude about it. She kept insisting I didn't ask for a combo, even after I said "can I just pay for the fries" which she charged me full price for instead of the combo price, adding about $3 to the meal. And then they were cold! She wasn't even the person who took my order, and I didn't try to cause a scene since I'm in food service myself but this was just bad service. Why argue with the customer especially over something so small as French fries? Not even a "sorry for that sir" just eye rolls and rudeness. Hopefully her...

We ordered a dine in meal at 700p on a Saturday using the Wendy’s App. At 705p we tried to enter the restaurant but both doors were locked. They closed the dining room early even though the sign posted on the door and in the app said 800p was the dine in closing time. We were forced to get our order from the drive thru. They then proceeded to not include straws for our 2 drinks, no sauce that was requested for 2 orders of nuggets and no fork for the salad we ordered.
