I had a problem ordering online. I went into the store and asked for help. The manager didn’t know what was wrong and said “don’t worry about it. You can just tell me what you want.” I ordered a BUNCH of BMT’s and 1 chicken sandwich. After making all of the sandwiches, he rang me up for the non-special price. I asked him why since he was the one to help me in the first place. He said “if I give it to you, I have to give it to everyone. I replied, “but everyone didn’t call about it ask for your help after I ordered it online”. He said if I didn’t like it, leave. I said “you would really rather have me leave than help me?” He became shocking rude and told me to leave. I went out to my car, spent about 5 minutes trying to figure out the online order and placed the order successfully. I went back into the store, now packed with customers and asked if I was supposed to wait in line for the sandwiches. He said HE THREW THEM OUT! I asked “why” he said if I wanted them, I would have to reorder. “Ok” . I get in line. Five minutes later he looks up at me and says I would have to place separate orders for so many sandwiches. “Ok” I say. Another 5 minutes pass and the looks up and says “I’m going to void this order” holding up the paper with my order on it. “Great!” I say thinking he was actually replacing my order because he had been such a jerk. Nope. He says “I’m not making your sandwiches. I replied “why are you punishing me? I did NOTHING wrong”. He says if I don’t like it, I can leave. I then made an announcement to the customers that “this man was incredibly rude to me and I would happily give everyone $5.00 to take their business elsewhere. Shame on him. I will NEVER go back there. All for what? $15 I spent more than that on the babysitter when I was late. But, it’s the principle....

I’m going re-upload MY photos to his site and keep uploading it again until he realizes that I’m not going down without a fight. Also the original review is in the photos I uploaded. Which was 3 weeks ago. If you pull up the most relevant a review from a month comes up. Many reviews have gone missing. And you can’t get rid of me. People need to know how AWFUL his service is I made my extensive review with photos and he took it down because he knows I’m right.
