Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Somerset

I probably had the word experience with this Dominos on Saturday night. I placed the order right before 7 pm. It said it would be approximately 25 mins for it to be delivered. Not a problem. Per the tracker, the delivery driver left at 7:18 with my order. I'm thinking that's pretty fast. Apparently I spoke too soon...as of 7:50 pm, the order had changed to delivered. As we were at a local hotel my worst fears is it was delivered to wrong person and I already had paid with a c.c. I called the store explaining that it says it was delivered but I have not received it. The gentleman I spoke with explained there were two other deliveries (here is the kicker, they were to the same location as me). I then waited for a phone call back in regards to the drivers whereabouts. At about ten after 8, (20 minutes after the food was reported as delivered) the driver pulls up to hotel and conveniently the guy at store calls to tell me he should be arriving. To say I was annoyed was a little bit of an understatement. I guess I should have expected what we got. Cold pizzas and the stuffed bread was undercooked and raw dough in middle we just threw it out. I had to microwave the pasta bowl it was cold and Alfredo is not good cold. I was just overall dissapointed. Had i not had 2 small children with me I could have picked it up and been back to hotel well before the delivery driver made it with hot, fresh food. Instead I was given a lame excuse the driver had an emergency but they weren't the ones who wasted ...

The manager at this location is atrocious. After ordering pizza for dinner, the wrong chicken dish was delivered to me. I called back and decided to just receive a refund as I did not want to wait even longer for the correct dish to be delivered. The manager insisted they can only credit my account (?) No refunds. I insisted that isn't possible as we do not live here and she proceeded to argue with me, insist we accept a remake, and proclaim that it is NOT her fault that the wrong item was sent. As a manager, this is absolutely terrible customer service, and was handled extremely unprofessionally. She then hung up while I was midsentence. I am so bothered by the lack of care for customers and disregard for common decency that I am inclined to leave this review. Luckily we were returned our money for the dish from a very nice delivery guy, but the manager there should be ashamed of herself for her disrespect and rudeness. I had an event with the "special" guy working the register tonight (10/11/19 at 5:45ish pm). Like asking me to dig around my garlic twists to make sure the back employees didn't hide the dipping sauce. Seriously? Double checking the receipt to make sure I ordered it (1 comes with any order of bread related side), now I feel like I'm being accused of stealing. Not cool. It got to the point where I flat out told him, I am not digging around this food anymore for a 50 cent cup of marinara, even offered to buy another, but he just said, I'll give you one, it was supposed to come with it.
