Hot n' Fast Somersworth House of Pizza — Restaurant in Somersworth

..... I am adding to this post only because of a lot of complaints about this place. The service is great ppl. They feed somersworth rollinsford and all of Berwick. So if your order takes to long it maybe because they deliver to all corners of this area. Old rail has over priced pizza for what it is and villa is way slower then hot and fast took an hour for a steakbomb and I live 1 min down the road on main st. Every kid that gose to hot and fast is treated like family because the owners love kids and family's the only reason they may seem rude is because they are always slammed with business. So when you call at lunch time it could take time they feed big offices and places like general electric. And saffron aroe space. And at night 5 is the beginning of the dinner rush. Don't want to wait that long try going to olive garden or chillies and try and get a seat and have the best service... never happens dose it. They are people just like you and me so remember to treat them how you want to be treated and they will do their best to give you great service.

Each time ive ordered a steak and cheese sub A Ive had to ask for extra meet bcuz they dont even fill the whole sub roll and B its always very very soggy to the point i cant pick it up. I get it if its the juice of the meet or whatever but its like this was dunked in hot water. Only the very very top was dry. Even the sides were drenched. So much so i literally picked up the bread by itself and rung it out like a rag. Kind of like they dont care or something maybe lost their passion. Im a cook so i understand how a sub can get soggy but steak and cheese shouldnt at least not to the point its dripping mess and cant pick it up. No one wants soggy bread. Or the pepper and onipns are frozen again no big deal but if so cook out the. Water. Thr pizza is ok. The onion rings could be a bit better. The delivery person was polite and fast. However, there was a mistake on the pizza, and they promptly delivered a good one. Our hand had obviously been in the pizza looking for the missing onions, except for a few pieces which we offered to a new neighbor, she has cancer and we were trying to be nice. Well. They demanded this pizza which they said would be thrown out. I showed them the mistake they made, so they know it was not a scam . I even was going to retire the delivery. The owner said no, they have been scammed too many times, although the mistake was verified. I said it would affect the rating. She said, OK, we will no longer deliver ANY pizza to this building (8 apartments) ever. But, that we could still buy them. Bad way to treat a good customer that has tipped well and spoke well and recommended to others over some trash, such a waste. I will be looking for another pizza delivery restaurant, too entitled and unkind, willing to waste food when someone in need could...
