Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Somerton

I usually don't have any problems with this establishment but that isn't the case tonight. We came to use a coupon for a double jack meal, but when ordering I had to repeat myself a couple of times which I never mind. Then came the time to pay $13.20 so I used a $20, three $1's, and two dimes for a total of $23.20. I expected ten dollars back but was given a crumbled up receipt and equally crumbed ten dollar bill instead, I was a bit upset but mostly annoyed that it happened and to top it all off once he gave the bag containing our food he nearly let's go before I have a stable grip on the bag myself, thus, nearly dropping the food as well. I don't recognize him despite being a somewhat frequent customer, I did manage to see that his name was Martin. I hope this won't happen again and that if it does, then hopefully the person responsible will be held accountable for bad...

This restaurant was dirty when I walked in, and smelled like sewage. The staff was rude and almost seemed to diss miss you. I finally placed an order and they purposely dropped my food on the floor , didn't apologize and seemed like it ok. When I spoke to the manager on duty he simply smiled and said there was nothing he could do about it. He the proceeded to walk away. Then the staff proceeded to serve 3 other customers who ordered there food after I did and kept me waiting for 20 min after the drop food incident to get me my order. The owner of this franchise should really consider properly trading there team so that way they give proper customer service in the future. Also the health inspector would do well to do surprise visits since the store looked dirty and smelled...

This is literally the most embarrassing place to ever order food. Make sure you guys turn your head sets off from live before you start talking about me and my husband and how annoyed you are. Never in my life have I ever wanted to reach across the window and make my own food in fear of you guys ruining it. You all should really consider different job types, from window, to cooks, to fryer to management. Every single one of you gave the nastiest looks tonight and it's embarrassing on your end, not mine.
