I want to commend this store and the employees working in it. Today I ordered my food and waited in line.
Yes, it took a while to get my order. Yes, there was a long line. Yes, I asked myself, is there only one person working in there? But, I know how times are right now with staff in short supply, and reminded myself to be patient, and grateful that someone else was making my food.
Then, my friend I was on my way to visit texted me, and asked if I would please also order him some food, as he was starving. I panicked, looking at the line in front of and behind me, and talked myself into asking at the window if I could add to my order. I was a waitress for over 10 years and am not a stranger to how an inconvenience such as this can affect the entire chain of events in the kitchen. I watched the line grow behind me.
When I got to the window, I explained my situation to the employee and asked the her if I could add to my order, the same order I got - a beef and cheddar meal, small - or if I should circle back around and get back in line. She said it would be no problem and rang me up. Within moments I received both orders. I heard someone behind her asking what it was, so I know this success was a team effort, as busy as they were. I meant to look at her name on my receipt, but she was shorter, had dark hair, and was very kind and patient with my request, assuring me it was no problem.
I drove away shocked, impressed and grateful. I vowed to leave a good review, thanks to her kind and helpful actions, and the team's hard work. This location is small, as it is not a freestanding building but an endcap tenant in a multi-tenant strip center. That means their kitchen is smaller, and they likely employ less staff than a freestanding location as it is, but I witnessed that they do just as much business.
My friend was full, I was full, and we were...
Read moreI enjoy Arby's food, but this location has some problems that just don't get fixed. Their drive through is usually very slow, but a few weeks ago it wasn't even available. The restaurant appeared to be open- lights on, people moving around inside- but no one came on the speaker to take an order. I gave up and left, noticing no one was even near the take out area as I drove by. Since then the few times I've eaten there the food was below par, mostly with stale buns or wraps. Yesterday I decided to give them one more try only to find a hand written sign by the drive through speaker saying they were out of- Roast beef Chicken Turkey Gyro meat and a list of nearly every ingredient of every item on their menu. I don't know where the cause of their problems comes from, but I hope they can get it fixed. It has to be frustrating for the workers to come to work and have to deal with...
Read moreI still love this Arby's. I just hate when you get new employees that have zero customer service skills. Seems the younger generation could care less about proper service. I hope the new girl you hired quits soon. She is miserable.
I love this Arby's. Their employees are so nice and accommodating. They work so hard and get treated poorly daily by rude, entitled customers. Kindness goes a long way. I always have a huge order. Sometimes I go in, sometimes i use the DT. My order is always correct and the off chance something is missing, no big deal. They gladly fix it. Keep up the good work! You guys are fantastic! Special thanks to the young lady that served me today. She was delightful! Employee name says Neya on my receipt. Give her a raise!...
