The manager, Cole lacks common sense and lacks customer service skills. Evidently, I was dealing with a complete brain child. Being that Dominoes does not automatically brush the garlic butter seasoning on the pan pizzas, I always contact the Dominoes and request for it to be added on (free of charge (they never asked me to pay for it and if they did, I would have). In which the Los Angeles locations (which also include Inglewood, CA and Hawthorne, CA) gladly obliged. However, I recently relocated to South Bend, from Los Angeles. Therefore, this evening I ordered pizza for my first time, at this particular South Bend location. I commenced to do the same thing I have always done at the previous locations, I've ordered from, which is call into the restaurant and inform them to add the garlic butter seasoning on the crust. Low and behold if this brain child of a manager, didn't tell me that they could not add garlic butter seasoning on my pan pizzas, because they have no way to charge for it. For the record, I was in complete disbelief. Mind you, the garlic butter seasoning comes on all the other pizza crusts Dominoes makes, and they do not charge extra for those pizzas, so why in hades would you charge extra for the pan pizzas, that would be done by request? However, as a manager, if brushing some artificial butter meant that much to the owner of the store. I'm sure if Cole had common sense, he could have just charged (me the customer), the same amount the store charges for a side of pre-packaged garlic butter. However, as previously stated the seasoned garlic butter is standard on all the other crusts that Dominoes has. Due to this issue that I experienced with this particular Dominoes franchise, this evening is the last time I will purchase anything from this Dominoes franchise. Due to the manager, Cole who is another example of businesses that lack customer service skills, as well as common sense... YOU LOST THIS CUSTOMER! I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. #youcantcurestupid #thebrainchildisamanager #commomsenseisnotthatcommon...
Read moreI have never been more dissatisfied with the service from Domino's Pizza. I placed an online order 24 hours in advance for a client and selected the time to be delivered at 11:30am. I had let my client know to expect their lunch at that time, to only be notified at 12:30pm that nothing had ever showed up. Upon calling the local store, I waited 10 minutes to just speak to a human. The employee I spoke with(Tara) told me she didn't even see my order(which had already been paid for and even added a tip for the driver) and the manager was busy making food so I couldn't talk to them. She mentioned the manager's name was Darion which also struck me as coincidentally strange considering that was the name I has listed for my client. She went on to tell me how busy they were and the screen has not been empty all day. This is no excuse when you place an order 24 hours in advance. I asked her where the order was and she couldn't give me any information at all. Once she came back from speaking to the manager, she said it was actually there now as if it miraculously appeared out of thin air and was about to go out for delivery. It was already over an hour late and I had to make other accommodations already due to time wasted. I asked her to just cancel the order and refund my money. The employee portrayed sub-par customer service to say the least and was not helpful or even seemingly willing to help. Tara should not ever be on the phone to help with a customer and the manager (Darion) was not even willing to talk to a customer about the errors they had made. This is a JOKE, Domino's. I would venture to say that I will never be using you for any sort of order again which is a shame. I am still sitting on hold to speak to a customer service rep as I write this complaint and it has been nearly 20 minutes already. I am wondering whether or not I will even see my refund also. If your business model is any indicator, that would be a strong NO based off of what I can see. Please have someone reach...
Read moreYes I am very disappointed in this location. At 8 o’clock in the morning on Saturday, 12/4/21, I placed an order for pick up at 1:45 PM, same day, for 12 pizzas. Four cheese, four pepperoni, and four sausage. The manager immediately called back to cancel the order as there was supposedly no one working between 12 and 2 PM that day. So I called at 10:30 AM when they opened to place a fake order because I felt like the manager was lying. Sure enough they were going to take my order for my fake eight pizzas. So I explain to the manager I was talking to that I was highly upset with the customer service, the lies, and not only that but my pizzas were burnt when I picked them up. I picked up my pizzas at 2 PM. 15 minutes after I was supposed to get them because I was already running late for my son‘s birthday. When I got to the hotel where my son was having his fourth birthday party, people were already to eat. They picked through the pizza that was not burnt. When I called back as soon as I could at 5 PM, after his party, they told me they could not refund me or help me out. That I should’ve brought the pizzas back right away. I explained I’ve been in customer service for a long time and the way they were treating me was not right. This issue was not resolved at all. I will not be going back to this location. And I expect someone to fire this manager. This is absurd. I have been in food and retail customer service for over 15 years and I have never been lied to or had such bad customer service. I have attached some pictures of how bad the pizza was. No...
