Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Bend

I like taco Bell but it seems about 75% of the time they mess my order up....I didn't feel like calling em to have them say to come back so they could fix the issue only because it's a waste of gas so I fixed the problem myself... I don't like ground beef so I asked to sub the beef with refried beans and they didn't follow what was on the screen I even went inside to make sure to have face to face interaction so I know they heard me correctly and I made sure it was correct on the screen... Got home and my food had ground beef on it glad I had refried beans at home shredded cheese and I used some taco Bell sauce and made what they call pintos and cheese and I removed what I could of the ground beef off my chalupa ND replaced it with my homemade pintos and cheese! I guess I need to check my food by opening everything up before I leave the establishment! I'm giving a 2 🌟 review only because the people were nice and everything else was correct in my order! I'd add a photo of my receipt but I tossed it in the trash and I'm not digging for it! Next time I will open everything and...

This Taco Bell has been consistent with their food orders and have had the ingredients to make the orders that I have either ordered for my family or the orders I have had to pick up for customers that order DoorDash Delivery as I am a Delivery Driver for DoorDash. I have had some issues with other Taco Bell restaurants in the South Bend area and they have ran out of the ingredients to make the food and some have closed early because of this. The Downtown Taco Bell also seems to be one of the busiest in the area. After the Notre Dame football game they had limited menu items available which I can understand as they are nearest the campus. The drive thru there is always very busy throughout the night but the Taco Bell on the corner of Bendix and Lincolnway is very fast, very nice and helpful staff as well. I hope this helps all...

Never again....they mop their floors in the dining room with greasy water. You can see the grease, you can hardly walk, your feet slipping.. Other people commented on it and were having trouble as well. Told the cashier a couple times and her only comments was that they have anti skid shoes. Well how nice for you! I told her someone is going to fall and get hurt, you're asking to be sued. She flat out didnt care one bit. And the manager on the back line just kept running her mouth loudly...talking about her kid and her dog and the kid yelling at the dog, dog will bite...blah blah... then the guy makes my nachos supreme and leaves off half the toppings. I was so glad to get out of there and you can be sure I will never go back. They need to use a clean mop and degreaser on the floors in the dining...
