I purchased a shirt for my wife last week. We would have come into the store to use the dressing room, but the changing room is on the second floor. Since my wife is in a wheelchair there was no access to the only space to determine a proper fit. Upon making the purchase the sales person did not inform me that all purchase returns are for in-store credit only, nor was this information posted in the store or the receipt. When I came back to the store to make an exchange for a larger size (at first they thought I was returning the shirt), Ali informed me that because they’re a small store only in-store credit is given. Seriously, because of their size, my funds are held hostage and thus forcing me to return whether I want to or not. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered jewelry from the website to be picked up in the store. There is nothing on the website to indicate when I can pick it up, no option to contact customer service. When I called the store to see when I could pick the item up b/c it was for a birthday present I was told I couldn't because they didn't have any in the store and Ali was out for vacation. This was not indicated on the website anywhere nor did it ever say there might be a wait for any items purchases. Very sweet boutique. I went because I got a coupon at another local business and ended up with a pair of jeans, sweater, and a cute blouse from the sale rack.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. They took my items to the dressing room as I continued shopping and helped me decide what size jeans to buy when I was trying things on (I was shopping alone and needed a second opinion).
