Rally's — Restaurant in South Bend

My child's father wanted to go to this place I did not agree with him from the past bad experiences I have had at this place but we were riding the scooters this day so I thought what the heck we can go we ordered something very simple we ordered the large parmesan fries and even though we were the only people they're ordering are fries were not fresh they piled on that parmesan and butter like we were not going to notice that the fires were still and that they were old but I made sure that they can hear me complain because if you only have one customer you should make sure that everything is straight and it shouldn't matter how many customers you have this place really needs to take in consideration of treating people how they want to be treated I work in customer service and I deal with customers everyday but there is a difference in the way that I carry myself the store that I work at in a customer's I deal with I treat people how I want to be treated I keep the store clean how will clean my home and when it comes to cooking food and everything else for a customer I cook it with love because I know that is how I would want someone to treat my food so as far as this place I will never be back and my child's father will never be back and they can keep getting bad reviews I'm still surprised that that place is still standing and they are only standing because people be hungry and they don't be wanting McDonald's all the time so they go there but that place is too small for them not to be taking pride in their job but that is the problem with stuff these days a lot of people have jobs but they do not take pride in their jobs they don't even like being at their jobs so nine times out of 10 if a person don't like being at their job they are not going to make sure everything is the way it's supposed to be so again this place gets I wish I had 10 thumbs...

05/23 update... arrived 2 in car. placed 2 very simple orders. 2 cars in front. no big deal till got to window. guy opens window takes money and gives change for 1st order closes window turns his back all inside just have conversation ignore 2nd order. waited 7 minutes got girls attention. stated about other order closed window talked someone. I just left.. no lunch no money.. will involve corporate count on it..

no follow up from company.. owners have no pride in store evidence being store condition and lack of employee pride. I have hundreds of reviews from all over this country. over a million views.. people some have good experiences it's us who you spend million dollars in advertising to bring us in for this treatment. no resolution.. just sorry call corp.. been there twice done that. no one really cares.. follow up visit 9/03 still not impressed. obviously need caring staff.. come on get it together. Sunday Dec 4 1230 afternoon. line at window ok walk up front door locked.. no pedestrian traffic allowed. cannot walk up to window was told before lobby only for pedestrian traffic.. if owner knows this you are limiting your traffic and sales.. if owner does not know this your employees are costing you sales.. I really want your store to do right I love rally just not this one..and mc Donald's just next door is only other option even if they have only 3 ratings.

We were not very impressed with Rally's on Michigan St in South Bend. We used the drivethru that was actually a little confusing as to what lane to be in cuz it looks as if you can go 2 ways with the way the driveways were on both sides of the run down facade of this outdated building. But we gave it a chance because you can't judge a book by its cover. We ordered the 2 beef chili dogs, and an order of the large mozzarella sticks. The food did arrive hot and fresh but my mozzarella sticks were looking pretty rough. There was part of the stick that was broken off but counted as one. Now im sorry, but if you order an appetizer/sides and you pay by the piece, you expect at least the right size not a half of one. The chili dogs were alright but a reminder is do not eat messy chili dogs in the car without either wrapping it in a napkin or something like a knife and fork to eat it without dropping chili onto your lap. Other than that they were good just aggravating how messy they were. The workers were not outstanding in any area like customer service or sounding like they were even happy bit they did have the order correct and hot and fresh. And I would complain about the price but I would have to do that on every review I write. So, as an over all experience I did give ample stars for the food was tasty and hot and the workers made sure that it was fresh. I would love to see the whole neighborhood work together to clean it up and have some pride in the buildings so they dont look so dull and run...
