DON’T GO HERE. PLEASE FIRE ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORKED AROUND 7:00 JULY 4th. (Except Ana, she took our order and was nice.) Absolutely terrible experience. Almost an hour long wait for two small meals. hardly anyone in the drive through or dining room. Two employees started an argument in which the woman shouted “if you keep f- talking to me like that, I’m gonna-“ and went quiet when the third employee, a man named Perry yelled “both of you stop! You need to stop right now!”, filling entire space with extra unneeded tension. It was an insanely unprofessional way to diffuse the situation and caused immense discomfort to us and the couple other customers that were present and right in front of him at the counter. The crew bumped both of our 2 orders during our hour long wait because they thought it was a Doordash order, which required confrontation at the front counter. The woman could be heard complaining about Doordash orders for the entirety of the wait, initially stating that one in particular was “p-ssing [her] off”. We could easily assume that because she deleted our order thinking it was Doordash, she may have been actively deleting other Doordash orders as well. Additionally, throughout the hour long duration in which we sat in the dining room, Perry passed by us at least three times and never questioned whether we had gotten our food despite us only having our cups. The woman in particular also appeared to be high upon confrontation. In the end, they refunded the more expensive of our two orders in cash, even though we payed with card, which to my understanding, should not have been allowed and is illegal as far as I know. Perry could be heard speaking very rudely to customers at the drive through speaker, he made a stranguling gesture at the woman, and all of the employees bickered over orders. Read moreThis has to be one of the worst Burger King's I have ever been to it is on the way to work so on occasion I stopped here to grab a little dinner it is continuously slow more than slow actually I have the feeling it's a I don't give a damn attitude of the employees including the manager. They had 12 tickets up on their board this time I stood there and waited more than 15 minutes for someone to finally come over and say hey would you like something. It basically is the same attitude every time you go in and God help you if you go to the drive thru. But I guess you get what you pay for right......,8-22-17 7:00 p.m unfortunately stopped here again tonight ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle two large onion rings and a strawberry shake through the drive-thru get to the window the girl looks at me and says you ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and no pickle I said no and I repeated my order to her paid my bill moved to the next window they hand me my bag I left as usual because I had to be in a hurry they take too long to drive through. Get over here to work and find in my bag two Whoppers with cheese loaded with Pickles and no onion rings. Attention to detail is lacking at this particular store they really don't give a damn about what they serve. Read moreOn 9-7-25 this was around 5:00 I was standing in line for a longtime inside a couple with there children they paid for there food with 100.00 bill the crew cut manger or whatever he was he had on black I sent a young lady in the back to get changed the person that came from the office arguing with the guy he can't change it he already did the drawers I guess the guy was trying to train the young girl she disappeared after giving the guy the hundred dollars in meantime the guy in black stated he couldn't change it either just arguing over the money they had 2 people on the grill in the meantime there was 2 ladies watching them they were in there when I came in I feel they shouldn't arguing in front of customers let me remind you I'm still standing in line to make a order there someone ahead of me In the meantime that would been another wait the place wasn't clean that day everything was unorganized not professional in a burger king matter so I left drive thru had a long line it seems like they was short of help plus this guy i guess was trying to train plus do the window and get the food I was very disappointed i love burger king but that day it really was a disappointment because it was busy employee arguing over the money in front of customer regardless if they are the boss or supervisor or work in the office nobody couldn't compromise and solve the issues so I left...
