This McDonald’s location provided the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced as a traveler. Stopping here on my way to Virginia was a massive mistake. It was a normal lunch rush at 11:00 AM, yet the manager seemed completely incapable of handling the situation or managing the staff effectively. The drive-thru had 30 cars, and the in-store order line had 15-30 people. After ordering, we waited an unbelievable 25 minutes for our food.
To make matters worse, a young staff member told us to check our bag in the store to see if items were missing—as if that wasn’t their job. Unsurprisingly, we were missing several items, including entire meals, donuts, drink cups, and even a frappe that had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes.
When I tried to address the issue, I was ignored for 30 minutes while the manager wandered around aimlessly, sweeping the floor, walking, and making change instead of focusing on the growing number of angry customers with incorrect or missing orders. Instead of pausing to resolve the backlog of problems, they just kept taking more orders, creating a complete disaster. Employees just floated between the counter ignoring customer issues, and the place was a mess.
Oddly the manager said this was a bad time. However this made zero sense. You have the same rush every weekend or day. Prepare and manage your staff effectively.
I ended up waiting over an hour just to get my missing McRib sandwich while my family sat in the car. They even ran out of donuts but continued pretending they had them available, scrambling to "find" them for new customers. It was chaotic, disorganized, and utterly incompetent.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Go to literally any other location. This one is a...
Read moreMyself and my child was kicked out because we asked for someone to help us order food. We was told to use the self check out. Unlike most I have no idea how to use this order thing. Unlike most I like talking and asking questions. But did we get the chance no because we was judged by a child and yelled at by a teenager. This teenager employed not only called a big uproar because a manager was asked for, but she did it in front of children. Then the manager that did not have a name badge on told me he was able to take my cash but not ring up my order. I asked for his name and he didn't have to give it to me. But he sould of had it on a tag. Just what if your grandpa worked in the filled all day and just wanted a bite to eat and he was kicked out for asking for help checking out. What if your dad was with your child and your dad can't read and asked for help now your child goes hurry because your dad asked for help. All they had to do was say how can I help you. All they had to say is thank you for your patient. But yet they got upset because we wanted help ordering our food. No a 11 year old kid couldn't eat because they was running late because they was refuse service for asking for help.. we teach our children. You can ask for help than they don't understand but if a grown manager of a restaurant, they're not step aside. And help when help is needed. Why would any child ask for help? Because my child is afraid to ask for help. Because he will be ridiculed for asking for help. Please please stand up for us and let this big restaurant fill They cannot push us around. But yet they take donation for children's hospital. But a child just went hungry, because his dad...
Read moreEmployees can't even make a sandwich the way it's supposed to be made. Ordered 2 mcchickens, one of them add pickle, and the other, wasnt supposed to have anything added, or removed. The one with pickle was fine. The normal one, also had pickle, and no lettuce. Mind you, there were 0 cars in the drive thru, and their lobby is closed. They were not busy, even in the slightest. Afterwards, I had called 3 TIMES, with no answer. I have had so many bad experiences at this McDonalds. It seems as though none of their employees pay any attention to what they are doing, and cant even read at a kindergarten level. Never once have I been rude, or disorderly when it comes to this place. I've worked at multiple McDonald's. I understand the job can be fast paced, and very stressful. But when you are not busy, at all, and you have an order of 2 mcchickens, one of them with pickle, there should be no reason for you to mess up a sandwich, that had nothing else added to it, that you make at least 50+ of every day. That's probably the EASIEST sandwich to make. How do you mess that up? By being incompetent, lazy, and having zero pride in your work. That's how. And to have such awful customer service, that you cant even answer your phone when someone calls, is highly unprofessional. I guess you should eat here if you want a surprise sandwich, not knowing what will, and...
