Ordered two wings and a soda. Took an hour and half to get. Then didn't receive the soda. Called back to store to advise them. The nasty and unprofessional attitudes of Janet and Brandon(shift mgr) were highly unacceptable. Janet said it wasn't her problem as she over talked and got loud on phone. Asked for store mgr name...she refused. Brandon gets on phone and is disrespectful as well. Meanwhile Janet is hollering in the background about the situation. I let Brandon know that he can tell his employee that he is addressing the situation and should remain quiet. He says "uh huh" Asked for store mgr name again he refuses and yells on phone that he is there. Then he says he will be there in an hour and hangs the phone up. But Janet did say they would not charge me delivery fee again to bring the soda back whereas it was not delivered the first time. I just ordered for my food to be delivered wronged and I call them and he says it will be 3hrs before I can get the right order as if it’s my fault but they still took my money. Now after I paid the delivery charge I still have to go and pick my order up cause they made my order wrong.
