Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Bradenton

This Dunkin used to be the best in the Sarasota/Bradenton area! When Nikki, Monica,Shareka, and Ashley worked here! My husband and I would go 7 days a week and spend an average of 140.00 a week! About 4 months ago they moved all their food employees except Ashley! She is is the ONLY good employee left at this location! I used to get greeted with a smile and treated respectful. Now with the Tosh manager there I have been treated very rudely! Most of the time I drive an hour out of my way to go to the Manatee Ave location so I can get excellent service but Fridays and Saturdays are tough because I work early in Sarasota! Every day I order the same thing! A medium iced coffee with Carmel, ALMOND MILK, and regular sugar, and a cinnamon raisin begal lightly toasted with cream cheese! They NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT AND TODAY was the worst! I tried to call the area manager and they will not give me the number! I can not even identify what this old burnt Begal is and there is barely any cream cheese! Next I notice oat milk instead of Almond! So if you like being treated rudely and left over unidentified Bengals this is the place for you! Apparently it was bring you kid to work day when we went. I can understand untimely circumstances may arise and it nice to have the flexibility to bring your kids to work, but at the very least have the decency to teach them manners. The children had taken up two separate tables which forced our family to have to split up, when one table was clearly suitable for the two. Additionally, they were watching videos that were easily audible to everyone in the lobby area. Not only this but the dialog expressed in the videos included profanity and obscene topics. This is disturbing because not only were these children young, but there are many young children in my family that I did not want exposed to such filth during this impressionable time in thier life. Furthermore, the staff was not very friendly and incorrectly fufilled our order. As a big family I tend to show mercy and understanding if a few items are incorrect, but the rude and defensive demeanor expressed by the staff was uncalled for. Every 2 weeks for 6 months I have come to this Dunkin' and order the same thing: 2- Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissant Sandwhiches add Bacon. Same simple order, and every single time this Dunkin' seems to achieve the impossible and get it Wrong! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

I inquired "How is it you consistently get my order wrong?" A large Blonde woman (assumably Erica, as they supply thier name though never wear Name tags), replied "You just come at the wrong time."

"WRONG TIME?!" I wonder at which time the competant staff show up? Do let me know and I'll try the other shift. I always go between 9-10:30am every second Saturday.
