I never have a good experience coming here, and I rarely go there cause I buy my books online. A similar review was just posted. I had the same experience as her. There was never anything posted about when to purchase graduation cap and gowns. I went there after school on Tuesday, and they told me the deadline was Friday. Well how the hell am I supposed to know that. The lady tells me that I can pick one up a week before graduation. So I'm not guaranteed a cap and gown?! I also live an hour away and have a full time job so I can't just drive there whenever. After mentioning where I live she suggests I go to the St Pete bookstore. Thank God they had some there and they just got their shipment in so I was able to get the one I need. The people there were so helpful and friendly. The USFSM bookstore needs help and to get rid of the lady with glasses. I never get accurate info from her and she never has a good attitude. Looks small and almost run down on the outside but it's a really nice little college bookstore.

It is very nice inside and has lots of supplies, books and merchandise. The staff were very helpful and answered any questions I had about online orders, and course materials that we're included with my classes. It's definitely overpriced but all college bookstores are.

Do not get your books here if you can avoid it! Also make sure you triple check the info given by the staff. They gave me the wrong info and then it took forever to get a hold of anyone with the authority to fix the issue. This happened twice. There will...
