Placed a mobile order for pickup at 11:50 pm on 8.20.25, the app (and Google) says they close at 1 am. Sent my husband to go pick it up and when he pulled up to the speaker he was told they were closed and only doing DoorDash orders. Then he said the grill wasn’t working (which honestly is bs, it’s not broken, it was just turned off).
He told “Giovani” (that’s the name he gave my husband, not sure if that’s the correct name or if I’ve spelled it correctly) that the app says they close at 1 for drive thru and the app took his order. And also, if you’re doing DoorDash orders, you clearly still have the capability to make food? He told my husband that he could come back tomorrow and get it and he was like “no? I placed the order now, I’m not coming back for it tomorrow”. He then told us (I’m on the phone at this point) to cancel it through the app except we can’t because it literally will not let us (it says the order was processed and can’t be canceled). He then just gave my husband a receipt and said to come in tomorrow to figure it out.

Read moreI go to this location at least once or twice a week it's a week ONLY BC It's on the way home from my job.. I always have to go through the drive-through sir as I don't even think the inside is even open but either way I'm always going home from work so I used to drive-through and it's always slow and they always it's take forever and it's not just this location everyone is drive-through takes forever..they're horrible at taking your order at the order at the drive-through Speaker, they get my order right maybe 70% of the time I always ask for just lettuce and onions on my Burger as I do not like ketchup or mayo on my burgers. And most of the time I still get it on my Burger! I always try to make my order as simple as possible I get a $5 biggie bag It's not that difficult. Today I went there and was handed someone else's order. A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ORDER when I ordered 2 different meals, meaning 2 SEPARATE BAGS AND DRINKS!
