Not realizing what time it was (twice this has happen) referring to the second time... I got off from wk got to the Drive-through waited a bit and waited.. No one came through the speaker. Then I look down at my watch to see it was 9 mins to 10:00. Granted I didn't know what time they close but being fast food I would have thought 11:00. HEY I get it ( I really get it) is 9mins before closing time. So I drive up to the drive window and what I see is two employees Peeking around the corner back at me. I tried to ask "are yall closed " they turn their heads from me.🤨Really!!! I felt like all they could have said was "sorry we close" or "we're not serving you this late" OR SOMETHING!!! Instead of Peeking and turning away. The only other restaurant near was McDonald's and they had a long line. So I decided to go on home. On the way I was still thinking about what happened, so I decided to call Arby's just to say you all could have told me yall was close at the drv- thr...Wellllllll the only number That showed up on Google was the one I called.. Lady say arby's I said yes ma'am What time do you all close she said 10 o'clock. I asked which Arby's is this? She replied What do you mean which one😳 We have a lot of them We have some and Anderson.. some in Greenville and some.... and I stopped her (here we go) I said ma'am which one is this on 28 bypass. After some more rudeness she finally said the one I was talking to was the one in front of Lowes. By that time I was 😖done. I told her Never mind cause both of ya'll stores on 28 is rude as hell. I was sitting in my car couldn't believe how both Arby's treated me. Wanted to call Corporate right then. But getting out my car the Alarm came on didn't want to go off. Being tried from both jobs that I had wk that day, climb my many steps, to get into my place. Read moreI arrived one evening clearly before the posted closing time. At least 1 to 2 hours before the restaurant was scheduled to close and they were closed. There was a recording on the speaker at the drive thru stating that they were closed. I called the main street location before I drove there and the manager said, "of course we are open sir" and I told him my experience at the pearman dairy road location and he was seriously more upset than I was. But I drove about 15 to 20 minutes to the other location , the manager apologized for my bad experience at the other location and my food was great from the main street location. I will not return to the pearman dairy road location which is closer to my home due to the poor quality of product and service and I just can't trust that they will be open during their posted...
Read moreWaited over 10 minutes for the food to come out that was going through drive-thru. Cheesesteak sandwich was mediocre at best and my wife and I both threw our fries away they were horrible. Should have went next door to McDonald's live and learn.
Arby's Director of Operations Angie C. Called me and expressed her disappointment with my experience with Arby's. She sent me a meal voucher for my trouble. I will definitely give Arby's another chance, I do appreciate their customer service. Thanks for listening to me, Angie.
Went back to use the meal voucher. My wife really wanted the fish strips meal. Contrary to what the sign says they do not have them anymore. Just a waste of time going there. Poorly run restaurant. Gave my voucher away and vowed...
