Arby's — Restaurant in South Carolina

The food was great, would have rated a 5 if the customer service was better. The drive thru attendant wouldn't let me finish a sentence before cutting me off asking what size drink, as if rushing me. I don't understand why I am mad to feel like they need to rush me threw an order. I mean the last time I checked they get paid by the hour right?.... wow, I just wanted to tell her how I wanted my sandwich before I told her my drink size ect. I always spend around 30 for 2 people yet cant get nice attitudes. I mean if you dont like your job, it's not my fault. Yet, I am always leaving as if I have done something wrong... 2nd time having very dissatisfying service. PSA: without my money you all wouldn't have a job. Requested the cheaper swiss INSTEAD of the big eye swiss. They charged me to add swiss. When questioned as to why I was charged the response was a shoulder shrug and "I dont know its just what the computer does." The receipt on the bag showed I was charged to ADD cheese. So in essence the computer did what it was told. I cant wait until ordering systems are automated. Aside from that, when I examined my sandwich to confirm that cheese hadnt been added and was substituted I found that not only was I over charged but was also shorted on the bacon.(see pic) There is way too much competition in that area for this kind of behavior. Even after Jon Stewart used to make fun of Arby's, every once in a while I'll get a yearning for a classic roast beef sandwich. This is being written while indoor seating is prohibited and only drive thru is available. Most of the time, they get it right. I have been here several times, including before Covid, and only once was I slightly disappointed. The arby's sauce, actually a thinned down version of BBQ sauce, has a unique flavor that goes well with the classic roast beef sandwich.
