If I could give it a zero, I would. I go every Sunday to this location to get breakfast for my family. Normally, Paul is the guy who takes my order and is always so kind. Today (11/27/22) the woman who took my order (white lady with a neck tattoo) had attitude from the start. Itâs my fault for staying in line after seeing people banging on the door trying to get their order fixed. After paying, I was given food that was not mine and gave it back to be corrected. It took 4 people to give me my order again and it was still wrong. I tried to speak to the lady who took my order and she kept interrupting me so I asked if I could speak my order without her interrupting me. Guess she can dish it out but canât take it because she jerked her mask down and said âYou donât have to give me attitude.â They finally gave me my orderâŚwhich was still wrong but I was over it at this point. They closed the window and started laughing and talking about me right in front of me. I could hear what they were saying still though. I was called a few choice words by some of the staff, which is fine. But whatâs not fine is paying $22 for breakfast and getting nasty food and nasty service.
Got home and the food tasted like they used oil from two weeks ago to make it.
I understand working in the service industry is not always easy and Iâm extra careful to be empathetic to those who do. But this was just ridiculous. I will not be going to this location anymore and am counting down the days until the one in...
Read moreI do not like doing negative reviews but I have to share.
This location has to be THE WORST location EVER!
it seems like every time I go there is something wrong. I have had many conversations over the past year with the manager and district manager and nothing changes. The only consistent item is the promise to improve and the lack of improvement.
With this location it is always one of the following issues: Poor customer service. Rude employees. Employees who donât speak to you other than â what do you wantâ kind of talk. Most of the employees unfortunately are teens that probably donât care. Out of food. If predicting they would be out of something was part of the lottery I would be a winner every time. I love the â can we give you X instead of Y?â Response. Slow service. Many times I have been the only or 1 of 2 customers and have either been ignored or the employees have been unresponsive. Wrong order. I think I have gotten the wrong order at this one location more times in the last year than I have at other restaurants all combined in the last 5 years.
I have given them opportunities to improve. Each time I speak to a manager I say Iâll try once more. But after today I canât. This location had a great opportunity due to area growth, but I doubt they will capitalize. I hope someone in senior leadership sees this and...
Read moreUpdated: Good drive thru window service. The attendant made sure that I had salt, pepper and butter. The only problem was that I had way to much condiments for what I got in my plate. 3-4oz selection of grits was $2.29 & they were sooooo runny yku couldn't have strained anything out of them. :( well the scrambled egg side was was $0.80. Great price but the helping size was about half the size of a credit card. Good taste and great price; just the helping size was very disappointing.
Hate to take away stars but here we go. 1st visit was great. The next two have been awful. :( I upped my grits from small to large and both times when I get to my office.... my grits are in the bag. Literally in the bag. May have no more than 2 spoons left in the bowl. It appears that the cup and lid aren't made for each other as it appears I am not made for this bojangles. Again great drive thru service but can't tolerate grits not in the bowl when I go to eat...
