Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

So when I first get here who I believe to be the manager, she is getting together a drive through order with is perfectly fine. She then comes to take my order and she has a very dismissive attitude. I try and crack a joke and be a little goofy to lighten things up, didn’t even work. So I get my food I sit down and eat and have no problems at all. I’ve then decide I go back and get a cup of ice cream. The same woman in the blue shirt I’m pretty sure my now is the manager comes back to take my order with the same exact attitude. She takes my money and she starts to walk towards the ice cream machine when she sees one of her friends through the drive-through window and makes a B line right to the window. She then starts cutting up and laughing with the girl and taking her order. I stand at the front counter for about 10 minutes before the drive-through girl comes up and asked me if you need to take my order and I told her I had already ordered. Then the drive-through girl decides to go back and make my ice cream and bring it to me. When the manager completes her cutting up and laughing with her friend at the window, she turns around and stands in between a cooler and the ice cream machine and starts to eat some food and looks at me like I did something wrong not even asking if I had gotten my order....

Awful experience. Went through drive thru instructing for fresh food and advised employees I didn’t mind waiting although you shouldn’t its fast food . They got my order wrong 3 times no lie and to make it worse only thing that’s open is drive thru Bc COVID19 so i had to keep driving and waiting. Oh and they actually never got it right they still left off the cheese. Then the last drive around the women said I did not instruct her of the sandwich being plain only cheese which was a lie the guy repeated it to me. After repeating it over and over you’d think they would get it right. Ive worked in fast food before As a hiring manager I would HAVE NEVER told my customer they didn’t order correctly like how rude after two times waiting and MS SARAH you are wrong. I always have issues with them this was just the final straw. Happy I move soon that way I won’t have to deal with them any longer. My problem for trusting y’all over and over to...

This is the best burger king to eat from. If you want it fresh just ask and they always deliver it hot and fresh. We go pretty much 4 to 5 days a week. It's the best restaurant here down 25 because the management keep it on point. Go support this burger king you will not be sorry. Just ask for it fresh. Well I came back today 2025 because the new leadership don't deliver quality service or food I asked for fresh and they make you wait but didn't deliver. I didn't even want to take it back.fries were stale and they lied ND said o it's no slt. I'm lol because I was. Fan not anymore...... go somewhere other than bk like and j wing and plenty. They truly cook it fresh right when u order for about the same cost. Omg I finished ND the next review down is the horrible atmosphere provider and liar of fresh food. Wow. If she there you better run forest run..... red head lady perfect her run...
