Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

This is our to go spot for pizza, the price is always good and the food is always good for us. The customer service has declined a lot. We pull into the drive thru. The girl at the drive thru just had the doesn’t want to be there attitude and looked annoyed that she had customers at the window. Anyways I over look it and proceeded to order. I got a pepperoni stuff crust, a Hawaiian pizza, crazy bread and two orders of buffalo wings. She didn’t repeat back the order and just told us our price. We paid and when I looked at my receipt there was an extra pizza on our ticket a cheese pizza. Which I know I didn’t order I over looked it because my sister did make a good point that we love left over so we let it slide. What really got to us was when the device they give you to notify you that your pizza is ready went off. We pulled back around to the drive thru and sat there for 5 mins before she open the window back up handed us our pizza and then said goodbye and closed the window. We notice we didn’t get our sauce for our crazy bread. I called out a couple time but she couldn’t hear us since she had her headphone in the whole time. Which is probably why she put the extra pizza in our ticket and when I kindly told her we were missing our sauce. She proceeded to roll her eyes and gave us our sauce and didn’t say I’m sorry or anything at all she gave me the sauce and close the window. That young light skin lady with the red hair is just the worst. I wasn’t a difficult customer or anything but respectful to her and we got treat like we weren’t welcome there. So we will be going to Pizza...

You can't use the slogan "Hot and Ready" anymore!! I chose drive-thru, shortly after 7:00pm..last night. Ordered the extra pepperoni. At the drive-thru, the lady asked if we minded waiting 5 min. for it. We were in a hurry, but decided we could wait 5 min. because if we went anywhere else, it would take longer. We handed her the money, she handed us a buzzer and said it will vibrate when it's ready. Sat in the parking lot 10 minutes, and it still didn't vibrate. So I got out of the car and went inside thinking it'll be ready just as I step in. Waited another 5 minutes, and finally asked an employee about my pizza. The pizza was sitting in the warming cabinet behind the counter ready. I know for a fact, that I could get in that kitchen and make a pizza and have it to the counter in 9 min.. it looks like there were enough employees to handle the traffic, but the employees had no energy, walking slow, talking personal business like they were at the Waffle House having coffee. People waiting, warming cabinets were bare, and the employees not a care in the world. If I had a simple apology from the employee when I finally got my pizza, I probably wouldn't be writing this right now. I don't want things for free, I just like the places that I do business with, to be what they say they are. The attitude of the staff, does not hold the values to have a "Hot & Ready" pizza...

Today I went to moonville location to place an order for extra most bestest pepperoni thin crust with light sauce was told that all pizzas are light sauce (wrong) I also ordered a regular pepperoni with crazy crust I felt bad for the guy taking order he was new and no one was training him I also purchased a 20 oz diet Pepsi in which he charged me for a 2 liter no big deal wasn't going to give him a hard time, he didn't give buzzer or take my name etc, but I did tell him I had to run to CVS to pick up medicine, I go back and my daughter goes inside to pick up orders when some blue haired woman comes to front with hickies all over her neck and short short ( disgusting in place of business) but anyway she asked my daughter what was ordered and she tells her a pepperoni pizza and the other she didn't remember but that it was thin crust the lady then told her well I can't help you and walked away rude!!! Lucky the guy running drive thru seen her and was able to get us our pizza...I check the pizza and of course the pepperoni didn't have crazy crust so I took it back in and told her she grabbed the pizza took it to back and put parmesan around the crust brought it back and threw it on counter rude again...what she didn't know is Ive worked for the company and I know that's not how they allow the employees to treat...
