Bojangles — Restaurant in South Carolina

I’m not sure how this bojangles has this high of a review. I have been here four times and never had a good experience. Today for example, I placed my order and got up to the window. The Mountain Dew machine was down… no problem… told her my other drinks and she just looked at me for a few seconds till I repeated my order. Then she walked around got our drinks and then went away for two minutes. Came back to the window and said can you tell me your order “I got distracted.” Ok. Tell her my order. Came back one minute later and had my food. Ok so that’s good. Get home and open my sausage gravy to find three tiny pieces of sausage throughout the whole thing and not a single piece of seasoning. I get their gravy all the time. There are usually quite a few pieces of sausage with pepper all throughout. I pretty much just had white gravy on a biscuit and three tiny pieces of sausage. There have been other times we go there and whole items are not in the bag. Or made incorrectly. I think we will have to start driving further for breakfast sadly because we like to support...

Came at 9:30am (Dec 9th) this morning to grab a snack before we went home. The service wasn't bad. The people at the window were nice. However, both of our biscuits were raw. They were still very much dough. I called to let them know so that no one else got uncooked food, the lady told me " no I don't think so, they can see when they cut them". At that point, I said "oh....ok..." and hung up. So now hoping it's taken seriously and food is checked better, I'm posting the photos because that's not ok. I'd love this fixed now. I was hoping they would acknowledge it and correct it so others didn't miss their breakfast as well, but I don't believe the lady cared they just served a mother and her 1 year old raw dough. Their Sausage gravy was very bland as well. As a previous employee to bojangles, I'm not sure how they messed that up knowing...

We like this Bojangles, been eating at this location many years, Its almost always good! Breakfast is fantastic and lunch too. The people working the place are always very nice, the food is good and the place is clean. I love the seasoned fries! I do truly miss the Roasted Bites! That was the grilled spicy chunks of chicken that was my favorite item to order on a regular basis, was on the menu for years and then "poof" gone,... Was nice being able to something non fried with no bread for low carb diets. Please consider bringing that item back as I now no longer visit as often as those roasted bites brought me and my family in! If you want the best treat around, try the hot sweet potato pie and ask for some icing, thats one of the best sweet things in the world! I'm glad we have a nice Bojangles in the Inlet! Great...
