So I went in to order food and I had 3 footloose and 1 6 inch. All were the same a sandwich. The kid serving me was great. The problem was the lady that walked in after me. After waiting about 5 minutes she started huffing and puffing making sure everyone heard her. The kid stopped doing my sandwiches to help her. The manager walked out and clearly stated in a nice tone that he should have called her for help. Then the lady made a fuss and said she shouldn't have had to wait that long in a subway. She then went on to berate the kid that was doing our sandwiches saying he couldn't walk and chew gum at the same time. She was rude and very disrespectful and the manager knew her. The kid got very frustrated and told his manager he wasn't going to be talked to like that and the lady said shut up boy". The manager did nothing irregardless of who was wrong and then she had an attitude at me when paying for my stuff. I've always loved subway but this is the 3rd and final time I will go to this location. I feel for the kid who was working because no one deserves that.    Read moreI regularly go here as itâs one of the only places local to my work that I can get lunch at, and usually I donât have problems, but if I order in store it can take up to 20-25 minutes depending on volume at the time. I have encountered a few problems recently, however⌠on one occasion I had ordered online, and as my default store is set to this one my order was sent here, but I live 14 miles away from here and was unable to cancel the order as their phone number in the app and on google is incorrect/disconnected. The second issue happened today and is what prompted this: I had ordered online for myself and a co-worker, and parts of our order were missing, which we did not catch as the workers had sealed the bag with stickers. We were shorted a drink and 1/4 of our food worth approximately totaling 10$ of stuff that I paid for but did not get.
The owner is a pretty decent guy, so I feel that if the workers were to take more care when making the orders and ensure everything is made correctly and nothing is missing, their ratings might go up quite a bit. Should things improve,...
   Read moreI donât recommend this subway to anyone. My boyfriend and I put in for an online order last night, which they didnât start on until AFTER we got there. There were 2 other customers max who also got their order before us, which is absolutely ridiculous. At least one of them clearly a walk-in. There were a total of 3 employees. They has the new guy making the orders and the other two were cleaning and making it very obvious that it was inconvenient for us to be there to them. Very unwelcoming space, the lady working last night also walked outside very dramatically to hit her vape as if she had the hardest job in the world. They failed to inform us of what they were missing the complete the order, and the avacado I got on my sandwhich is clearly old. Making my sub un-enjoyable at all. No wonder this place has 3 stars.
