I grew up being taken to Caine’s each and every Friday night and their bbq was my first introduction to restaurant vs “pig pikins”. I had no idea just how spoiled I was by their bbq and red gravy until I moved all across the country as an adult. I found some really good restaurants that had pretty good food, but I found none that were as good as theirs.
