Meow Tea — Restaurant in Florence

As a big fan of boba drinks, I had to try Meow Tea at Eats on the Creek! I thought the owners were very friendly, their food truck very cute, and the drink I ordered was very yummy.

This time around, I ordered a passion fruit tea with rainbow jelly, half sugar, and half ice. You can tell the passion fruit tea was made with real passion fruit because every so often I would crunch a little seed. This didn't stop me as I enjoyed the drink so much it almost didn't last the ride home, haha!

Unfortunately, I arrived too late (30 min to closing) to try the tapioca boba. However, next time I will arrive earlier and try the jasmine milk tea with boba, a classic!

Update: Came back another weekend (early this time) and got my jasmine milk tea 1/2 sweet and 1/2 ice with boba! I have to say YUMMM. Definitely a classic for me. The jasmine tea was perfectly balanced and wasn't too strong or overwhelming. The boba was nice and chewy and had a lot of flavor! I so was ready to drink it all right there that I almost forgot to take a picture.

This is hands down my favorite boba tea place in Florence! Every drink has been so good — refreshing, flavorful, and made with care. The macarons are always perfect: delicate, delicious, and just the right amount of sweetness. And don’t even get me started on the yogurt ice cream — it’s so good without being heavy, and the portion size is just right.

What really makes this place special, though, is the owner. She always remembers me and my boyfriend and even remembers our order. The shop is always clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated.

I absolutely love and adore Meow Tea. It’s one of my favorite places in Florence!! Me and my friends go on a weekly basis and we always have a great time and good drinks! The owner is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. She will work with you and be honest about the notes/flavors of the tea so you can work out what is best for you.
