First time eating here, overall 3 out of 5 stars. I read previous reviews about how long it took for food to come out. While I did not keep track of how it took mine to come out, yes it takes awhile and our adult food came out before appetizers and kids food (family of 4). However, when you walk in, there is a welcome sign that mentions twice to have patience and food is cook to order. Also, in the larger sitting area there is a huge chalkboard with their signature wing sauces and a message that hints food service is slow. Everything we ordered tasted great except the fried pickles. I did not enjoy them the batter to me is too thick and too spicy. Most places offer ranch or some kind of signature sauce and I was sad that they did not. The wings were great! My husband enjoyed them. My daughter loved the mozzarella sticks and her sweet potato fries. The bathroom was clean and that’s a huge plus as well! Kids drinks are just like an adult size drink. My children still had left over lemonade I asked for 2 empty to go cups for my children and the server bought fresh lemonade to-go cups. Got ready to pay and found out they charge for to go cups!! It is in the menu that they charge, I thought that since I wanted to take the lemonade my kids didn’t drink. That would have been fine for charging me for my to go cup but when I specifically asked for 2 empty cups and I’m charged because she filled it with fresh lemonade instead of letting me take the lemonade we had left is where I have the issue. Overall 3 out of 5, my server had a soft voice, there was a table being extra loud so it was hard to hear her. I did not care for the fried pickles, and the hiccup with being charge for to go cups. Read moreMy family came to your restaurant recently after a funeral based on recommendations from a family member. It was supposed to be our "repass". My mother, our matriarch, was served last, along with the immediate brothers and sisters of the departed. Our order was lost 3 times and all visting guests were served before family. Chianti, you say you want feedback but I don't see where much attention was given to address the concerns shared on here or when we were at the restaurant. I have family in the industry who could be a great asset if you are interested and I mean this with love. We ordered our wings to go, sat at a table and waited over an hour while people came in, ordered, and had their food. 2 different employees stopped to check on us, we asked about our food each time but no one ever came back with an update.
