As much as I do not like to leave any negative review for any business, Chick-fil-A corporate management needs to step in immediately and send trainers back to this location--and the corporate trainers need to stay on-site for several weeks for remediation training. I've tried so many times to ignore it and give this location the benefit of the doubt, but after today, picking up an order using the CFA app, using mobile express lane and getting home to find a yet another incorrect order, I am exasperated. Missing items from orders, incorrect items, cold food that should be hot, no napkins, no straws, repeatedly occurs at this location. Wait times are unreal and what is the purpose of the mobile app when you can't even access the mobile "express" lane because of the ingress / egress design? Definitely does not uphold the standards of other CFA locations in the area. I hope that CFA corporate can somehow step in to support this location before it is too late. Nice group of employees that definitely need help, support, and direction from corporate level. I certainly hope things improve -- but until they do, I suggest customers use another...

Terrible customer service They are very slow with getting your food out and the managers are very rude and if they get something wrong you are to blame and they aren't to blame. If they mess up they will not offer you anything for compensation for their failure of service. The biscuits were priced 3.39 and they cost just about 4 dollars. They told us the menu prices were wrong and refused to give the biscuits for the price displayed on the screen. The Fairview road location and the location in mauldin are way better. I am very surprised that all three are owned by the same people but this location is feeling horribly because of their racist management particularly with African-Americans. They do not have good customer service and it's terrible they will talk about you out loud in front of you if you ask for things at the window as well and also they did not have an updated price list displayed. Breakfast recently at this location has turned into a nightmare with how slow the service has become. Express lane order, 8+ cars backed up. Watching the line, it seems most everyone was getting their food, but the car at the front. Instead of moving the car to a parking spot while they finished the order, they made them stay there which backed the line up and trapped everyone in the drive who already had orders completed. By the time I got to the front, they completed my order from the system (I suspect to fix the drive-thru wait times), and asked me my name multiple times along with what I ordered. If I knew it was going to be this much of a hassle to get a coffee this morning, I would have went across the street. I was polite to the staff still however as they were nice. Although none said the classic "my pleasure" or apologize for the wait.
