Panda Teriyaki — Restaurant in Simpsonville

Went in and placed a walk in order and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. Went to ask at the 30 minute mark and was told my order was next. Mind you it was 4 appetizers and one chicken/steak rice bowl. I asked for a refund at 40 minutes. The manager came out and apologized, said they were out of the sushi we ordered and that’s why it took so long (what??). They would make it up by throwing in free crab Rangoon. Got home and it wasn’t even in the order. All of our food was cold. The filet mignon we ordered was well done - ordered it medium rare. We paid for sushi that wasn’t in the bag as well. 60 dollars down the toilet.

The parking lot is horrible and small people were hitting other cars with their doors left and right.

Besides that the food is mediocre. You can get the exact same thing at joy of tokoyo for half the price. It tastes exactly the same as any other hibachi place. Literally. I will not be...

My 3 kids and I went here today after school, and I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious EVERYTHING was. I got the Sesame Chicken with fried rice and egg roll. 9/10. My son got the Teriyaki Chicken with lo mein and egg drop soup. We gave it a 9/10. My other son got the Beef Lo Mein. He LOVED the beef, but didn't like how many vegetables were in the lo mein 🙃 I thought it was delicious, and the small size was actually really big. He gave it a 8.7/10. My other son had 2 Crab Rolls, which were super fresh and tasty. They gave us a bottle of white sauce for the table for no extra cost, which we loved. We rate the whole experience a 9/10. Been waiting forever for them to open and the day has finally come! Panda Teryaki offers the quality and deliciousness of Oreintal House, but in Simpsonville! The owners did a great job with the remodel of the inside of the building which gives it a nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff were great and even helped with menu choices.

The Bourbon Chicken was amazing. The added peppers to it gives it a very nice kick. The combo came with an Egg Roll, but it was gone quick 🤣. I could eat a tray of those alone. Pricing is very good for the quality of food offered. Just hoping the opening week...
