Burnt food and can’t speak English for certain customers. I came in and stood in line after a women who ordered in store. She moved over and the lady at the cashier skips over me and takes the guy’s order behind me like I was invisible or was just standing in line for fun… for no reason at all! The guy behind me continues to order knowing I was in line in front of him… love the integrity!! After waiting until the guy behind me ordered, the lady at the cash register continues to take the next order behind me once again. I had to say… “excuse me, I was in front of the guy’s order you just took! I need to place an order as well!” The cashier magically quit speaking English all of a sudden and referred to her coworker bagging orders. They both seemed to be lost when I told them I need to pick up my order. Needless to say I finally got my order with an attitude and a sudden loss of how to speak the English language. Ordered teriyaki steak (medium), shrimp and zucchini. Everything was burnt and charred. The steak was over well done and I only had a few pieces. The string and zucchini were also burnt. Wanted to get one of the four orders with all rice no vegetables, you have to call in store to add instructions.
First call was told ok and hung up on.
Second call was picked up and I they said hello. I said I would like to add to my online order and was told " ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok" and hung up on.
Upon arriving at restaurant was told she didn't understand, by 2 other staff. I explained I wasn't allowed to explain anything so obviously she would be confused, excuse chaged to how busy they were. No apologies now that half the food will be cold or people will miss their lunch.
I run a business as well, have some manners, ask to put customer on hold if your busy or fix your online ordering service.
I go every so often at my 2nd job and order for 4-8 people and often by myself.
I have been coming here since 2016 and will be taking My business to the Fuji restaurant. They seem to appreciate the businesses and know how to talk to people. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues like this here but will...

Called before heading out again and was told that I would be receiving a full refund and the corrected order. I live about 20 minutes away so it was a very long drive to do back and forth and I had an upcoming appointment so I didn’t have much time to waste. When I got there, I received the refund and was told that they’ll start preparing the order but the owner came out and refused to do it. He said, “We don’t do that here,” and I was met with a ton of attitude. It’s basic business and good practice to refund and prepare the correct order if there was a mix up.
