D & D Country Cooking — Restaurant in South Carolina

Not my cup of tea. Very much old school and not necessarily in a good way. Not sure they used hard shell eggs for my order, but kinda looked like they didn’t. Pancakes were very much basic store bought batter type pancakes and they weren’t willing to substitute my protein for hash browns. Syrup was literally a bottle of Mrs. Butterworth, or whatever it’s called, and it was room-temp and quite disgusting. Never was addressed by my server after she dropped off my food.

Only reason for 2 stars is cause it was kinda cheap. Only paid $7.01 for this and I would not return...

I didn't even get a chance to see what the hype was about. I couldn't understand why the staff wasn't cooking with gloves. The wait staff was handling food on a random counter and never washed her hands. I wanted to like this place but I was scared of risking my safety. None of the staff acknowledged me being there. I was very disappointed. Please do better. The food might taste great but.... at the cost of getting sick... no thank you

This place is classic diner in all the aspects. Best Mac n cheese I've had in a long time. The entire meal was delicious. Hamburger steak with onions, Mac n cheese, green beans, and rice n gravy, and corn bread. This place is nothing elaborate, but the people are welcoming and friendly, and the food was delicious. 2 lunch plates and 2 sweet teas $24. They have daily lunch specials and each plate comes with choice of meat and 3 sides. Breakfast...
