I ordered food for a friend, and I saw another review where the customer said they didn’t cook the wings long enough. I wondered why the food came out so quickly. I checked the wings, and they were very undercooked. I ask the cashier to have them remade and cooked the proper time. The manager's mom came from the back and said she should’ve ask to fry them hard. I said no; I don’t want them hard, but I want them cooked the normal timeframe, not soft or hard. I stated that they can’t undercook wings and then have an attitude about it, patrons will get sick like that.
You don’t come from the back to tell a customer what they should’ve done and in a rude tone. Now you lost a customer and that sucks when you lose first time customers. They need to shut this place down and train them on customer service and sanitation while operating food and money.
The customer service is bad here, they need training. The lady at the front is nice, but the owner and manager have a terrible attitude. I won’t be back, and I don’t advise anyone else to come. When you’re spending your hard-earned money, you can go anywhere and get food. I rate this a 2/10 only due to the fact that the cashier was nice. Read moreI was in I ordered the wings and philly combo everything was good except the philly it was like it had a freezer bite taste to it or if a chemical had gotten into it.. it is my 4 or 5th time having this sandwich so I know what it should taste like.. I took a couple bite of the first half took it apart tried to eat the meat then come to the conclusion something is off.. I told the cashier she was nice but not know what to tell me..
