DO NOT WORK HERE DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! the DM is a super unprofessional super petty women. She expected me to walk to work (3 mile walk) during this hurricane as well as Friday we were slammed for 10 hours I didnt get a single break that entire time because they never have more than 2 people working inside they refused to send help and they refused to turn the internet off for a little bit just to let us catch up on the orders for context we made almost 50k in sales just on this recent Friday. Ive worked in food service for 12 years and have never dealt with a job this bad. So me and the GM walked out Saturday because we weren't about to further kill ourselves for this company that doesn't care about its employees. The DM is threatening to withhold my entire paycheck until she gets her key from me (I was an assistant) I gave the key to another gm that works with her so if she doesn't pay me she's getting sued. Ordered online 3 different occasions. Each time I watched the site's built-in tracker and could see when the order was in various stages of it's completion. First time I ordered from them, it was during the week after normal business hours. The order went into the oven within 10 minutes and it was delivered to my door before 30 minutes had elapsed. Food was still hot. The second time I ordered, it was on a Saturday afternoon when I was sure the order would be sluggish to arrive. I ordered multiple large hand tossed pizza's with half and half toppings. Still, the order went into the oven within a 10 minute span and was at my door before 40 minutes had gone by. Today, was the third time I ordered and it was during the rush of lunch. Once again, they were prompt, professional and on point. I had my lunch delivered to me and a co-worker in less than 40 minutes. I couldn't have driven there, ordered and received my food any faster. I will continue to use...

This place has a management problem. Order for a party placed at 4:30 for a delivery time of 6:30. Got a notification that pizza was “delivered” but it was not. Tried calling multiple times over the next couple hours and no one answered. Went online to submit a claim and was only offered a discount on our next order before being redirected to the homepage. An apologetic driver arrived at 9 with lukewarm pizzas and had no idea that we were supposed to have gotten the pizzas 2.5 hours ago. Absolutely ridiculous that they are able to pretend orders are completed and then there is nothing you can do besides disputing the charge with your credit card company and figuring out new dinner plans.
