Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

I ordered a pizza to be delivered around 5:50ish. I noticed that a lot of time had passed since, (It's going on 7pm now) so I called to check what was taking so long. They hadn't even put it in the oven yet. They said that they had a lot of deliveries tonight and they weren't going to make it until their driver got back. Which they estimated in 17 more minutes but that's no guarantee. So I don't know how long it would've taken before we could eat. When I had ordered it they said it would only take 25-30 mins. Had I known it would be over an hour or more for my order, I wouldn't have done it. They should've given a more accurate time. We had already paid with our card and even added a tip. Now we have to wait 3-5 business days before we get the money back. Next time we want pizza, we're going somewhere else. A pizza should never take more than 30-40 mins to deliver! Especially when they give you an estimate. I miss the days of 30 mins or it's free... If you're wanting a pizza delivered I'd recommend any other pizza restaurant. Do not order delivery from here. You'll be waiting 1+ hours before...

The person who answered the phone was rude and abrupt. I called to see if more sauce could be added or if the contents could be even throughout the bowl because when they don't the noodles are hard and burnt. So when I asked the person to add sauce she refused saying that she had already put them in the oven. Keep in mind, I called literally 2 minutes after I placd the order and there is no option anymore to add extra sauce or add instructions via online. So then I told her if it isn't made the way I asked then I would cancel the order. So then she offered to remake it the way I asked but she would charge me extra. She was not polite and she acted as if she didn't want to remake it in the first place. And since when do Dominos pick up without telling you their name?? Worst location, I have had problems in the past so it has been months since I have been here, I decided to try it again but truly it is the last straw. very disappointed. i ordered my food about two hours ago and its just now getting to me. i placed my order at about 12:00 then the app said the driver was on the way at 12:30 then the app says my food has been delivered when i never got it. i called the store to see where my food was and the woman on the phone knew exactly which order i was calling about before i even said what i had. she informed me that the driver had literally just left and that was well after an hour of the app saying she had already left. keep in mind the store is 6 minutes away. if i would have known it woulda taken so long to get here i woulda just picked it up. my food was barely even warm. i wouldnt be so aggravated if i didnt just get my food at 1:45. they were unapologetic and didn't even mention the fact that the driver was so late. nobody was rude thank god. hopefully next time will be a...
