Worst service ever by any pizza establishment in my entire life tonight and I'm 59! I was told 3 different times that my walk-in order was being started. A full 45 minutes after I scanned my credit card I finally got my pizza. It was supposed to be a large half: bell peppers and black olives and half: pepperoni and mushroom. I opened the box to make sure they got it right and the half with the peppers and olives was shifted to the left dramatically and the pepperoni and mushroom side had no mushrooms! Which I thought were under the cheese somehow and didn't discover til I got home. I personally witnessed employees answering the phone with, "Domino's Pizza, I'm sorry we aren't taking any phone orders now" and hang up! I saw people come in who ordered on line and those orders were screwed up. I watched one gentleman who had been there well before me and after they finally brought his order up, he opened both large boxes and told the guy both pizzas were wrong and got his money back on his card and walked out. As far as I could tell there was zero management. Boxes were being dropped on the floor about as fast as they could make them. Then of course, someone had to stop whatever they were doing and take the ones on the floor to the trash. If I ran this place I would lock the door, turn off all the lights, fire everyone and start again with new hires. For step one: how do we please our customers so they will want to enjoy our food again some day, and maybe tell their friends and family? You do it by carefully taking each order precisely as it is spoken over the counter or on the phone, then read it back to the customer to ensure it is correct, then input it into that fancy cash register which simultaneously produces the order on the pizza making assembly line. I'm positive Dominoes has a system that works very well because I've eaten their pizzas hundreds of times, both delivery and takeout. That system works where it is practiced. Dirty Harry used to say "a man's gotta know his limitations." You order and make one item at a time. Not that you can only make one single thing until it's done and then finally start on the next. Good grief! There had to be at least ten men (I saw no women) {which might be the problem} working behind the counter. They were all over the place! bumping into each other, trying to do each others jobs, It was like the 3 stooges on steroids X3+. I hope Dominos reads this. Even if they don't, I'll write them too. For all my trouble I was offered a free soda. The lady next to me was offered her entire order free. They were probably giving away as much food as they were selling and turning down massive amounts of business. Somehow, drivers were making it out the door with orders. I hope they didn't have to bring them back. I cannot overemphasize the chaos all of us who were there...

Had an issue where the pizza slid out of the box and landed on the ground. Manager laughed at me and belittled me saying that he's been "in the business 10 years" and has never heard of this happening before. He also informed me that "[Domino's] has the best boxes in the business." Your boxes don't have an extra bit that folds over on the bottom part that ensures it stays closed, so no, you don't have the best boxes. Domino's boxes can unfold very easily. After 5-10 minutes of harassment he agreed to remake the pizza. Worst customer service ever. Looked it up on line and found that yes, this HAS happened before. And apparently, the customer service there was no different. My friends and I will never order from this Domino's again. We are filing a complaint against the manager for his unprofessional behavior.
Tracy, CA 6/5/2013 Normally I love Domino's, the pizza has always been good.
BUUUUTTTTT then this happened
Went to pick up the pizza at the store, brought it home and when I was carrying it inside (with both hands) the bottom box broke apart and the pizza slipped out which made the top box fall off. Both pizzas for my 3 hungry kids fell out of their boxes into the dirt. When I called the store to ask them to please replace the two pizzas, they gave me nothing but attitude and were incredibly rude. I was told to please hold while he set the phone on the counter and laughed in the background with his supervisor at my expense. I had to yell at them to either refund my money or replace the pizzas. My 3 starving kids wanting their dinner had to wait an extra HOUR while they belittled me over the phone. "Well I just don't understand how a box like that can unfold itself." Miguel the supervisor finally agreed to remake them because, and I quote "it's probably better for [his] quota anyways".
If you're going to laugh at your customers, you should probably mute the phone first.
Worst....
Read morei ordered 2 pizzas an order of parmesan bread bites & an order of the cinnamon twists. we live not even 5 minutes from this location and it took 25 minutes for my ordered to be delivered after the driver "supposedly" left the store. when he arrived he told me my total, which was $23 and some change and i handed him $30. he then handed me all of my boxes and my 2 liter and i was waiting for him to get done handing me my stuff to give me my change, you know once his hands weren't full anymore. nope, he didn't even think twice about it he just said "okay have a good night" and walked away. i should've said something but i have bad social anxiety and i jus stood there in shock that he just took off the way he did. i know i didn't tell him i needed my change back, but i think it's pretty common sense if someone hands you extra money you ASK if they would like their change back or if they would like to tip it. i understand it was only a few dollars, but i've worked in food, it's rude to just assume to customer is tipping you unless they say so. he was going to get a tip, but not the rest of my change ?! THEN to top it all off i got inside and my 2 pizzas were TOTALLY under cooked, my parmesan bread bites didn't even have parmesan on them it was just bread and a MASSIVE amount of garlic oil that was now drenching every bite. couldn't eat one without getting a lip full of oil go along with it. my cinnamon twists were undercooked and had virtually no cinnamon/sugar topping ontop. and when i called all they said they could do was remake it. why, so i can wait another 45 minutes to get my food and hope that it's cooked the whole way? oh and also not get MY money back that your driver just assumed was his to leave with. not happy at all, definitely will not be ordering from this...
