Dunkin’ — Restaurant in South Carolina

Terrible experience for my first time at this location probably be my last time !!! Bad customer service very very bad !!! Didn’t get welcome In at all so went to the touch screen thing to put in my order instead as I’m sitting there I hear this women (Chris) cussing under her breath like she doesn’t wanna be there or getting mad at customer cause things keep coming in i don’t know ! But there were two people that came in after me and got there stuff before I got mine and I’ve been sitting there already for ten mins wondering where my drink was so I asked about where my drink was and this women name Chris was very rude about the situation telling me she doesn’t have my syrup to make my drink and was just gonna let me sit there and not tell me knowing I had to be at work yes I was very irritated with the situation because of how she come at me and saying that they don’t even see my ticket was very annoying seem like they don’t got there stuff together up there atleast with Christina she was nice and gave me my refund and apologized for the situation but that Chris women needs to learn alittle more professionalism and better customer service skills before she works in a...

Yesterday morning I had the worst experience in drive thru. A guy named Bryson was rushing me to order when I was trying to decide what I wanted.His demeanor was rude and he seemed irritated. When I finally decided, he was being pushy by trying to ask if I wanted any munchkins with my drink. I said no just the drink. His exact words were , “Don’t you eat ? “ Really Bryson? ABSOLUTELY 0 stars. i used to work here and i quit due to being promised a raise and almost everyone else got one but me and more reasons. me and one other girl were the only ones who actually cleaned and stocked. i went in this morning for a coffee before class and got treated like crap. the gm didn’t say one word to me and didn’t answer me when i told him i was quitting and listed my reasons. the girl on front counter was clueless and also rude. the ice coffee was horrible, tried to text the gm and tell him. no response. was just trying to help him but from now on will be going to outsiders behind it ! they are much nicer and...
