Bojangles — Restaurant in Pendleton

I will never return to this location. I refuse to keep spending any of my hard earned money here. There has been multiple times where I've gotten home and my food is completely wrong. Usually I just count the items because I don't feel like I should have to open every wrapper before driving off. One time I called back asking for a refund and I was told we can't do a refund because the manager in charge can't do refunds and could I come in around 2 the next day to get my money back. Even after all of that I still decided to get some breakfast from there today, what a mistake. The girl taking orders already sounded like she has an attitude or just needs to learn to sound more polite when talking to customers. Then I get to the window and nobody knows my order. It's like can anybody in there read a screen or the receipt I didn't receive. I was asked what I ordered like 3 times which makes no sense. This is not even the first time this has happened but when the same girl rolled her eyes at me like they were not the problem, I'm done. The manager may have just been having a bad day, but she made an already sub-par experience worse for my family and in turn made me unhappy. We knew we had to wait two more minutes on Bo-Rounds, but after five or more minutes my mother had to go up and ask while also asking for a refund for cheese we were charged for while also not getting said cheese on a biscuit. When this happened the manager gave her major attitude, tried to give her less money than the refund on paper, then followed that with more attitude about not giving the full amount. On top of this, my father is on a special diet and only planned on eating a regular 2-piece chicken meal while instead he was given chicken tenders.
