Fiesta Grill 2 Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in La France

Ok hear me out. We go here quite often and this isn't the first time this has happened with this server. So the food is actually really good. I got the carne asada street tacos. And it's amazing. The problem is the really really bad service from Elba. We have had problems in the past. But today sent me over the edge. So now I'm writing a review. She is genuinely just rude and has a terrible attitude. She will refill your drink, but will make sure you feel bad for making her do her job. She basically slams stuff on the table then gives that vibe of like she doesn't wanna be here. That's fine if you don't wanna be here, but don't freaking take it out on the guests. If you give a customer extra salsa don't slam it on the table across the table where no one can reach it. And the amount of times I said thank you with no response back. It's just a walk away. Anyone who eats here please ask the name of your server before you start. If you get Elba be careful. (This is not just a bad day. We have had her before. It's the same way then as it is now) anyway. This is about service not food....

I don’t have the opportunity to eat there very often but when I do the food, the service the customer service is excellent. I had a situation yesterday I come here often in order the chicken soup, which is by far the best chicken soup that I’ve ever had it has helped me Before it’s nutritious and I lost weight on this chicken soup George the manager is wonderful. I had situation yesterday and he rectified it and made sure that was taken care of. You don’t get that and stated whatever I wanted I could have as a replacement who does that what restaurant does that? I thank God for fiesta the staff is friendly this sweet. They’re helpful their humble, the courteous even though my family owns a Mexican restaurant in Columbia. This is home away from home. I thank God for George. I will always come there and get my chicken soup which is the best by far at any Mexican restaurants in this area I will always come here have lunch and dinner. I just wanna come and sit down the atmosphere...

I really enjoyed the take out I got here. I tried a few things and everything was good. The carnitas burrito might have been my favorite but the fajitas were also delicious. The pork carnitas tasted like they were done right, not dry but not overly wet like some places do, think of a good pulled pork from a real bbq place and that's pretty close to what they are doing.

Ordering online worked well and my food was ready quickly. I would say my biggest criticism is that the menu is just too big and complicated making it hard to decide what's the best thing to order.
