Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

Always hot, never ready. I have been to this restaurant many times and most of the time it’s cause I’m in a rush to grab and go… and I’ve ordered hot and ready… unfortunately, they never have any hot and ready— ready. I always have to sit in the truck for a minimum of 15-20 minutes waiting on two pizzas. It’s a pain to go through the drive through… and then have to STILL go in for the food. They don’t bring it to the car. What’s the purpose of having either the drive through OR the hot and ready if neither applies?

With all of that said, the pizza is always hot. I’ve ordered their supreme pizzas on a few occasions as well as their h&r and all of them have been fresh, but most of the time they’re haphazardly prepared and thrown in the box. I’ve never left with a pizza I didn’t have to cut with my own pizza cutter or knife when I got to where I was going. The last visit I made there were lines where their pizza cutter went in, but 0% of the actual crust had actually been cut.

The staff seem more interested in talking and being on their phones than taking care of their customers. I watched, awestruck, as I watched one of their friends come in, ask if they can grab a hot and ready (one that I had ordered) and they grabbed it and walked out without paying. I had to wait even longer as they re-fired my pizza.

I don’t like doing negative reviews (as you can see in my profile, but this location has really just struck a nerve with me.

Below is a photo of my most recent visit since posting my original review. In this trip, someone had ordered 50 pizzas for an event and they didn’t have sausage hot and ready and the wait would have been approximately an hour. They did, however actually have pepperoni hot and ready. Was arguably the best Little Caesar’s pizza I have ever had. It was hot and fresh. A beautiful amount of sauce and the cheese was perfectly meaty. I will also note that it was THOROUGHLY cut all the way through. This experience has helped my opinion on the store, however, I feel it necessary to keep my original post as considered relevant as this was my only experience this good here. Hopefully, it is a new normal for this location, and I will hold that hope as I enjoy the fact it’s so near to my home. June 20, 2025 I went to this location. Had an issue with the app so I went in and placed my order. The guy that took my order was great. When I went to the drive through window to get my order a female employee was on her cellphone with customers at the counter and 4 cars behind me. I waited 4 minutes for her to come to the window. When she did she said, “whatchu waiting for” I handed her my receipt. In the meantime, there were 3 random girls just wandering around in the kitchen wearing street clothes and getting soda from the cooler behind the counter. The girl who brought me my order was paying more attention to these 3 random girls than the customers. I finally got my order and said thank you. I got no response back.

When I got home with my $48 order my pepperoni crazy puffs were super cold and completely made wrong. There was no sauce in the middle of them like they are supposed to be made. They were way smaller than usual and I’m pretty sure they were not made to order and had just been sitting there waiting for someone to buy them. The rest of my order was fine. Surprisingly!

Because of this, I will now not be going back to this location. Such a shame! Service and food quality...

I have always been greeted with a smile from every employee that I have been in contact with. The pizza is always fresh. There is only one thing that occasionally is not up to par.. the crazy bread. I don't feel like it's anything that anybody there has done or not done to it. This is the issue..... Sometimes you get crazy bread that has plenty of Parmesan cheese on it and then there are other times that there's barely anything on it. I don't know about you but if you've ever experienced this where you've bitten into the crazy bread and it just tastes like bland bread with no seasoning, that doesn't taste good at all. I may be wrong on this but I feel like if it has been sitting there a while in the heater the cheese starts to fall off into the bottom of the bag. One time I bought three bags of crazy bread and every one of them tasted bland with barely any cheese on it. Ever since then I check the crazy bread before I leave the store. There has been only one time where I have had to ask the employee to put some more parmesan on the breadsticks. I just recommend checking it before you leave. Overall all the food is...
