We were a walkin. The girl who took our order was fired up about something and made us feel like we walked into the middle of a spat. We were not important to her. Seemed like no one was happy to be there. I felt like you could cut the air with a knife. Very unhappy staff. She got our order wrong. We ordered a LARGE coffee and a blueberry donut. In return we got a MEDIUM coffee and a glazed donut. No attention to your customers. Then when we said something about the incorrect order, she made us feel like we were lying (attitude) and didn't correct the coffee but did correct the donut. I have been to this location several times and was very disappointed in the staff that was there today. I was there around 12pm. So I would advise you to see who was on staff and correct it quickly as you will lose customers quick. It seemed like she may have been the manager or supervisor but not positive. The orders were made to order without error, maybe a slight hiccup every now and then but that is understandable with any business. But even if there was an error, it was immediately corrected without question with a friendly and professional attitude. I don't know what has happened over the last year or so but things have gone downhill in many respects. Customer service, attention to detail, it's all suffered greatly, which I take no pleasure in saying here by the way, but I get the sense that I am likely not the only customer who has noticed this downward trend. Read moreWent there today for the first time in a while, sat in drive up for almost 10 mins. Then got fed up so I figured I’d go inside, well went inside and stood there for a few more minutes. As a customer AND prior employee of dunkin (in a different state), my perception as I stood there watching was that the employees had NO sense of urgency, seemed to move really slow, management didn’t even look to have a sense of urgency, some looked even confused. Maybe they were new but either way. I know their drive thru times were in the red. I know it’s the south, but seriously have SOME sense of urgency. Starbucks moves faster than dunkin.
